Edited.

"Would you like to tell the class your name?" Mr. Chambers asks the new kid.

He has his caramel brown hair perfectly made in a small wave. He smirks his hazel eyes just tie in the whole vibe I was getting from him.

I don't know if it's a good vibe or bad one, but there's just something about him.

"Alton Carson," he smirks without a bit of nervousness or shyness or even quiet. He's confident I'll give him that.

"Alright Alton, you can sit wherever there's an empty seat, we don't have any absent students," Mr. Chambers continues gesturing for him to sit.

Shit. There's an empty seat next to me. I swear if he sits nex-Nevermind, I guess I'll just to kill him now.

"Hey," he whispers next to me. I just glare at him. "Why me?" I growl as quiet as possible, but because I'm so lucky, he hears me.

"You don't seem happy," he chuckles. Oh boy. He better watch his back.

"Not anymore," I whisper not looking at him. I have no intention of looking at him. He's already getting on my nerves.

"Why not?" He whispers in a fake sad voice. "Because you're here," I mutter quietly.

"You're lucky I don't hit girls," he says turning his head to the front where Mr. Chambers is drawing some math equations on the whiteboard.

"You're unlucky, because I hit everyone," I say elbowing him in the ribs hard.

He flinches to the pain, but just rubs his ribs and looks at me in shock.

"What?" I whisper annoyed.

"You hit me," he says in shock.

"Yes sir, I did captain obvious sir," I whisper sarcastically.

He just grumbles. "Just don't mess with me," he whispers back still rubbing his ribs.

"I'm guessing you don't know who I am," I say quietly and look at him.

"Of course not. I'm new." He says looking back at me. His eyes look straight into mine. I glare into his beauti- I mean hazel eyes.

Okay, so he's actually really hot. I will never admit it, and I do not like him. A girl can say someone is cute without liking him in any way. He does the same, but not before he takes a small but sharp breath. I guess I scared him before I was even glaring.

"Well I'm Sienna Reed," I say clearly. His face tells me he's heard of me.

His eyes stop glaring and widened. His eyebrows raise and his mouth forms an 'o'.

"You're Sienna!" He whispers loudly. I give him a weird look and nod.

"Alton Carson and Sienna Reed, would you care to tell us what is so important that can't wait after class?" Mr. Chambers says sternly.

"Oh, he just couldn't wait to annoy me. I tried to tell him that I didn't want to talk to him, but he insisted," I say in a certain tone.

I just love this feeling. Having the class laughing with you because of something you did. They hold in their snickers as I am just smirking widely.

Somehow Mr. Chambers believes me.

I told you, it's a talent.

"Alton, I would suggest you wait before starting trouble up. I will let you go because it's your first day, but next time you will get a detention," Mr. Chambers says to Alton anger filling his voice.

"Um whoever the detention teacher is, tell them I'm excited to meet them," Alton says plastering a smirk across his face causing Mr. Chambers to give him a scolding look.

Alton just has to make a snarky comment. That's my thing!  Wait, Brett said there was a new kid who was stealing my title. Was he talking about Alton?

For the rest of the class, I think about it. Is the annoying new kid stealing my title? I will not let that happen.

What am I going to do? Well, obviously I'm going to beat him up next time I catch him, and when I win everyone will know that I'm the school's bad kid. Not him.

~~~~~~
"Remember when you were warning me about this new 'bad' kid?" I ask Brett sitting down at the lunch table.
"Yeah?" Brett says. "What's his name?" I ask cautiously.
"Alton Carson, I think why?" Brett says looking at me as if I just grew another head.
Shit. Why did that kid decide to do this to me? I hate him so much. If I catch him taking my title. He will pay.
I'm getting really pissed right now. Breath Sienna, breath.
Nope, not working. "I'll be back," I tell the guys.
I stand up and leave the cafeteria. I don't really know where I'm going. My legs have a mind of their own.
Whispers are everywhere around me as everyone observes my very pissed off expression.
"Do you think you're better than me?" I ask Alton. He turns to look at me and smirks when he does.
"Yeah I do," he teases.
"Your thoughts are incorrect. You will not take my title. I'm the bad girl. And there's no bad boy in my school. Clear?" I say seriously as my hands crunch up into fists and I feel the urge to punch that stupid smirk off his face.
"Feisty," he teases until he notices how serious I am.
"You better watch your back," I spit out venom filling my voice.
"Oh so scared!" He chuckles.
That's it.
I punch him in the jaw. I kick him in the ribs making him stumble backward. He tries to get closer to me, but I kick him in his.... sensitive place. He bends over growling in pain.
"Don't mess with me, you'll regret it," I say turning around to see a crowd in shock and awe.
"Move on! Like you haven't seen this before!" I say walking as if there was an explosion behind me.
I love the adrenaline and feeling so badass when I win a fight.
That'll teach him.
I sit back down to lunch table where Zander and Charlie just looked at me weird.
Maybe it was because I left as soon as they sat down, but Brett probably knew what happened since we were talking about my rival.
"Where did you go?" Brett asks with a smirk.
"I went to kick some ass, that's where," I say with the same smirk. Charlie and Zander realize what happened and lose their once shocked and confused faces.
They know me too well.
Hopefully Alton is no longer my competition. He doesn't stand a chance against me.
No, I'm not confident or egotistical, I'm just smart.
