"I fuckin hate you." That's all that kept playing in my head was those four words. I can't believe he said that to me. If anybody should be saying that it should be me. I mean he cheated on me not the other way around. The craziest thing about that is that my parents were right, they knew he was going to break my heart and he did. Ever since we broke up my life had change somewhat for the better. I've started talking to people at my school and started hanging out with them, most of them are pretty cool too. But truthfully I was glad Christmas break was almost over I had too much time on my hands mostly worrying about Seven. Even though I was mad at him and couldn't forgive him I still wanted us too be friends at least. The last night of Christmas break was also Tyree's last night in town so we were having a big going away dinner for him.
"So Tyree how did you enjoy your stay?" My dad asked. Ever since Tyree got here he's been trying to build a relationship with him.
"It was aight, I just wished I could met Tyson nigga, what was his name again?" Tyree asked looking at me. I wanted to punch him in the face but I knew he'd probably beat my ass. He was cut ass fuck from boxing.
"His name is Seven, and we're not together anymore. But you already know that Tyree." I said.
"Wait you and Seven broke up." My dad said with a smile.
"Yeah bout a month and a half ago."
"This is great, it's about time you got rid of that dirty little hood rat. Tyson I so glad you finally figured out that you were too good for him." My mom said. I tried not to get mad because I still cared for Seven a little.
"Ya'll wanna tell me what's wrong wit being from the hood?" Tyree asked visibly pissed. Everybody at the table looked at him and got quiet. "I mean don't all talk at once either. Because truthfully even though I didn't meet the nigga I could tell just by looking at him he cares about you Tyson but you being stubborn ass fuck. You know how many times I cheated on my girl." He waited for somebody to say something. "A lot of fucking times. But it took me a while to get that look in my eyes that he had in his that day at the movies."
"Yes Tyree but that's different......" My dad started but Tyree cut him off.
"Truthfully your no different from Seven. Matter fact your probably worse."
"Wait a minute I'm not about to let you disrespect my husband." My mom said loudly. Tyree started laughing so hard he had tears in his eyes.
"Your husband, you know whats funny because stop me if I'm wrong weren't you the same woman that this nigga was cheating on my mom with."
"Wait dad you told me you cheated on mom." I said confused.
"Nah your punk ass dad lied. He was with my mom first then he met this stuck up bitch and cheated on my mom, then left her when she got pregnant wit me."
"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE." My dad screamed. Tyree still had a smile on his face.
"Gladly I only came down here to chill with my little brother anyway. Being around ya'll makes my fucking nuts hurt. Tyson look give your nigga another chance, I can tell he really fucking loves you." Tyree said sincerely.
"Tyree I can't forgive him." I said truthfully. Tyree shook his head and stood up.
"Then your just as bad as they are." He walked out without saying another word to any of us. I felt like shit maybe, Tyree was right maybe I needed to give him another chance. But then I again maybe I should try being single for a while. I mean truthfully the only relationship I've been in was with Seven maybe I should see what else is out there. It was right then and there that I was going to start the new year without Seven.
