Hanna's POV

Caleb's just left to go to Toby's so I've decided to stay at home with my mum. I was going to invited the girls over but I'm not to sure as I feel exhausted.

'Hanna, are you hungry?' My mum shouts in,

'Yeah I am.' I answer suddenly aware of my grumbling stomach.

'What do you want for dinner I can cook or we can get take out, you decide.'

'I'm not to fussed I think I fancy curry.' I hum.

'Khans it is then!' She smiles picking up the phone and placing the order for out local Indian down the road.

Whilst waiting for our food to arrive i start conversation.

'Mum, you're not angry that I'm pregnant...right?'

'Of course not Han! If I'm honest I'm really excited. My baby is having a baby, yeah it's a little scary but I'm also excited because well I'm going to have a grandchild!' My mum explains with a mixed look of excitement and worry wild across her overly made up face.

'Thank you for being so understanding about this mum, I think I'm making the right decision.' I smile looking down at my slightly rounded abdomen.

'Well I support any decision you make! Have you thought of any names?' She questions sounding intrigued for the first time in god knows how long.

I shrug thinking back to my talk with the ambulance lady Janet. 'Yeah I have one or two, I think I like Millie and Daisie for girls names. Then for a boy I'm not sure I mean Harry's a nice name.'

'Your Dad used to want to call you Benedict if you were a boy! I was always unsure and was more settled on a name like George, maybe even Leon.' She smiles remembering her pregnancy.

'Leon's cute!'

The doorbell rings interrupting our conversation informing us our dinner is here.

Settling down my mum talks about her pregnancy with me which is strange to hear considering she's never spoke about it before.

'When you become a mother it's the most overwhelming feeling ever. Holding your baby and realising you're that baby's mom. It's magical, I've never experience a love as strong as the love I have for you. I know I don't always act like it but honestly you're my world!' A tear trickles down my face whilst my mum is talking.

'I love you.' I tell her bringing a smile to her face.

'I love you too.' She moves towards me giving me a tight hug.

We finish our dinner and my mom takes our plates out to the sink. Returning she hands me a glass of water and my first set of tablets.

'You need to take the pink ones every 3 hours and the white and orange 4 times a day. How are you feeling?'

'Yeah I'm okay, drowsy and a little achy but I'm okay.' I tell her with a half smile.

'Aw Han. Why don't you just settle and watch a movie, it's been a long day. Are you sure you don't want to invite one of the girls round? I know Pam is out so Emily is home alone?' My mom arranges some cushions on the sofa.

'Mmm... I'm good thank you. I think we should spend some time together.' I decide bringing a vibrant grin to my mothers face.

'Are you sure? I don't mind if you want one of your friends over?'

'I'm sure! I think we should have a Disney marathon.' I giggle as my mum helps me out of the wheelchair and on to the sofa.

'Which movie first' my mum asks flicking through Netflix.

As the movie titles pas by one catches both of our eyes 'Cinderella!' We both shout before erupting into laughter.

We put the movie on and grab a blanket to share. We only get about half way through the movie before falling asleep.

Today has been both exhausting and unforgettable but never the less, I feel closer with my mom and hope we both remain this way. I don't think I appreciate her enough, she really is a good mother if you give her a chance.

A/N I don't usually do authors notes because I know they can get annoying but I just want to apologise because this is just a filler chapter. Does anyone actually read this book? If you do, do you have any story line ideas?
