Hanna's POV
*monday morning*
'Hanna, it's time to wake up sweetie. You've got school and you don't want to be late!' I hear my mums soft tone sing reminding me its Monday morning and I'm due to go back to school.
This summer has gone so fast but I know for a fact I'll never forget it. I've met the love of my life, I've become so much closer with my mum, I've ended up in a wheelchair and last but certainly not least I've conceived a baby.
'Mmmhm five more minutes.' I groan to my mothers amusement.
She pulls my duvet back 'Han this will be your second five more minutes of the day, you need to get up Emily will be here to pick you up soon.'
'Fine!' I give in sitting up.
I tell my mum which clothes I would like and she grabs them out of my wardrobe and places them next to me along with my deodorant. This is the system we've come to a compromise with so I can get dressed. I force my black leggings over my cast and pull them on before pulling my oversized white shirt over my head and sliding my socks on as much as
I can.I call my mum back into my room where she helps me down the stairs and sets me in the wheelchair.
'everyone's going to be looking at me weird, why can't I just have crutches.' I groan.
'Because you're pregnant and have a long cast that keeps your leg at an angle Hanna. God forbid you fall or something, who knows what would happen to the baby?' I sigh knowing my mother is right.
'I know it's just annoying. At least I can hide my bump.' I say drinking the glass of orange juice that's on the counter.
'Not for long Han, it'll soon grow!' She laughs giving me a slice of toast which I reluctantly eat.
'Who's ready for school?' I hear Em sing from the door.
'Not me.' I laugh grabbing my bag and wheeling myself out of the kitchen.
We say our goodbyes to my mum and head to school where we get a range of sympathetic looks. I know it's because of my wheelchair but I can't help but feel like they all know I'm pregnant.
Moving my arms to cover my stomach I text Caleb asking if he wants to come over after school. Within a few seconds he replies.
'Morning Princess, I'd love to, shall I pick you up? xxxx'
His short reply brings a warm smile to my face.
I quickly tap back a response. 'Yeah that'd be great. 3:30? Bring your stuff and you can stay over. Love you xxxx'
'Will do! Have a good day I love you more xxxx' he replies one last time.
I slide my phone away as we come towards my locker.
Emily is chatting away to me but is talking nonsense and I think we both know that it's because she wants me to pay less attention to the people staring.
'Hanna? Are you even listening?' She asks at the end of what sounded like a rant.
'Yeah I am sorry'
'Anyway, when can you get your cast off?' She questions.
'Ergh the doctors aren't sure, around 6 weeks they think.'
We arrive at my locker where Ali and Aria are waiting.
'Hey!' Aria chirps.
'Morning little miss sunshine.' I laugh.
'Hey nothing wrong with a little bit of positivity!' She pokes her tongue out playfully.
'Hey Ali!' Em bites her lip nervously, she really isn't hiding the fact she's head over heals for the stunning blonde.
'Hey.' Ali smiles.
'Em are you okay... You seem weird.' Aria chuckles.
'Yeah, yeah I'm fine. You know just perfect!' Emily rushes only making things worse for her self.
I decide to help her out and change the subject. 'So what do we have first?'
'English.' Spencer sings as she joins us
'I hate English.' I groan throwing my head back.
'The teachers hot though, isn't he Aria!' Alison chuckles as the menacing smirk returns to her smug face.
'Sure is, bet his girlfriend is hotter though.' Aria retaliates.
'Sorry Miss Sassy!' Emily laughs.
The first two lessons of the day drag by but come third period none of the girls are in my class.
Arriving at my lesson I stay at the table closest to the door so I can get out easily if I need to. My teacher starts blabbing on and I'm suddenly aware of how tired I am, if I'm honest I just want to go home and see Caleb I haven't seen him for two days which doesn't sound a lot but I just miss him.
'Hanna Marin.' I hear the stern voice of my teacher.
'Yes sir.' I clear my voice and sit up.
'Answer the question Miss Marin.' Crap I wasn't listening.
'I'm sorry. Could you repeat it?'
'If you were listening Miss Marin I think you would know that I asked you what Dynamic Equilibrium is.' I hate this teacher, he thinks he's so cool peering at me over his glasses. He looks like a mole.
I sigh 'Ergh I don't know.'
'This is why you listen Hanna! I don't think your broken leg effects your hearing now does it?'
'No sir.' I grumble.
The lesson eventually ends and I wheel my self towards the lunch hall.
As I pass the library I am unable to move my wheelchair. All of a sudden I'm pulled into the library and the door is slammed closed.
'What even?' I panic trying to move my chair out of the library.
'There's no point struggling Hanna babe, you're safe with me.' I hear a familiar voice hum, I'd recognise this voice anywhere. What the fuck is happening?!
I try to turn around as a soft hand brushes my cheek from behind.
'Sean?'
