"Go home, and find Max," Emilia directed Madi pulling on her coat as she ran down the apartment stairs.

"Where are you going now?" Madi asked trying to keep up with Emilia who was managing to move faster than she has all her life.

"Just get home," she answered running down the street still in her sweat pants. She raced to SHIELD's base flying through security looking for Natasha Romanoff; she was directed up to the seventh floor. Emilia skipped the elevator bounding up the stairs, running on the adrenaline that has kept her moving for the past two days. "Natasha!" she called out when she saw the woman's red hair.

"Dr. Hate?" she asked as the woman approached her.

"What happened?"

"HYDRA was working with SHIELD this whole time, corrupted our hellicarriers as you know. When we went to stop the take off, the Winter Soldier made an appearance," she explained in her smooth voice.

"Where is he?" Emilia asked, her eyes darting around the room.

"Saved Steve's life after the third aircraft went down and disappeared," she shrugged, "not sure what's going on."

"We have to find him, I have the serum ready," she exclaimed heading for the elevator this time, feeling the results of running up those stairs.

"Emilia," she said, her tone stopping the girl  in her tracks. She sighed, "Are you sure?"

Emilia didn't look back at her knowing what she was talking about. She feared her life thinking about how she felt for the Winter Soldier, but it didn't slow her down, if anything it sped her heart up, sending butterflies to her stomach. "I have to," she mumbled waiting for the elevator, not looking back at the woman.

"Okay then, we'll go talk to Steve."

The hospital didn't just look clean, but smelled clean too; it was clear that they were taking good care of Captain America. Sam met the two at the nurse's station nodding at Natasha, "Think you can help James?"

Emilia looked over at him, looking deep into his eyes, she could tell by the way he talked about Bucky and Steve that he has been through a lot. She nodded, "Yeah," she paused, "I think so any way, I made an appointment with a woman this evening, to test the serum on her amnesia. I don't know how well it will work on him though," she said going quiet as they approached Steve's room.

"Hey," he smiled from his bed, the radio playing lowly beside him.

"Hey," Natasha answered siting on the end of the bed getting right to business, "we need your help."

"Already?" He chuckled.

"Sorry," Emilia mumbled leaning against the door frame. Sam waved at her, wanting her to come further in the room, but she just shook her head planting her feet.

"Is this about Buck?" he asked his eyes focusing on her as his face went tense.

"I think I have it," she nodded still not meeting the man's eyes.

"Great, except you're not going out to look for him without me," he said, authority laced through his voice.

"Steve," Sam muttered eyeing Emilia carefully.

She wanted to know why they were being so touchy around her. She thought maybe because she was acting so shy they were just being polite, but there was more to it than that. "It's okay," she answered, still talking quietly.

Steve smiled at her lightly, obviously trying to make her feel more at ease. Natasha rolled her eyes, never really taking a liking to Emilia. Emilia thought it might be because, she didn't know how to fight or shoot a gun, or even run a mile without passing out. Which seemed a little on fair since she never had a need for any of those things. "I think the faster we find him the better, HYDRA will be looking for him too."
