Incessant knocking was what woke Emilia up after the greatest night of her life. She rolled out of bed to answer the door, her hair scrunched together in a knotted bun on the side of her head. As she walked to the door she didn't notice how dark it still was outside.
"Emilia," Bucky smiled throwing his arms around her neck to give her one last hug. "I had to say good bye one more time."
"That's why you walked me home last night instead of getting a cab to drive us back from the restaurant," Emilia chuckled squeezing his torso tightly.
"Right, I'll see you when I get back," he paused in the first step looking up at the girl, "I love you," he smiled heading for the stairs of her building.
"See ya Bucky," she called to him as he ran down the rest of the stairs. "Just breathe, and enjoy life," she whispered heading back into her apartment reminding herself to get a lock for the door. She checked the time to find it was only five so she went back to bed trying her best to fall asleep and not think about Bucky.

"Good to see you back," Riz smiled as Emilia entered Manning Corp.
"It's good to be back," Emilia answered honestly. She made her way to her office smiling at anyone who crossed her path. It wasn't until she sat down at her desk that she found the piles of files she had to read over and give an analysis for.
After hours of going through the papers she managed to finish, and sighed in relief heading to lab four to check on the boy they used her serum on; the one who was showing genetic memory traits. "Dr. Hate, this is Tyler Dan, he is reacting well to the treatment. He only has migraines during the visions test subjects claim they see," Dr. Morgen explained handing her a clipboard.
"Hello Tyler, how are you doing today?"
"I'm a little tired," he shrugged looking up at the woman. He was young, probably no more than fifteen years old.
"Why are you tired?"
"I have visions while I'm sleeping now, like a dream. They aren't happening as often as when I started treatment but I'm up all night when I have them."
"Okay," Emilia nodded taking the note of similarity between his behaviour and Bucky's. "I was told you're remembering things that your parents don't think you should be remembering, is that true?" Emilia questioned professionally, keeping her voice even.
"Well yeah, but I don't know. If I am remembering them, then aren't they mine?"
"Not necessarily," she mumbled looking back at Morgan, wondering if she should tell him about genetic memory. "What are these memories your parents are referring to?"
"I'm not really sure, I can feel fear, and my body goes cold. Then I remember this lavish lifestyle like a cult of rich people, and then I'm cold again," he said looking down at he ground. "I panic during these visions, I'm not sure what is going on in them though."
"We'll figure it out and if you have any more details about it please tell us," Emilia stated standing up exiting the room. "Try to get more information on that particular vision," she whispered to Morgan as she walked past. Emilia was more curious than anything about this boy's memories coming through. She wanted to understand why he was having them, and what made them so significant.
"Hey Em," Madi called following her into the elevator. Emilia smiled at her scrolling through her phone. "What are you doing tonight?" she asked smiling over at her.
Emilia lifted her head from her phone to look at the woman, "I don't know. I was thinking about giving Eric a visit," she said shrugging her shoulders tucking her phone in her purse.
