I sat on the couch, flicking through channels as my heart and head ached from my goodbye to Nick. I sighed as I settled on a little show called TMZ. One of my favorites really, but I have fallen out of the loop of watching it. As I noticed they had just fled to commercial, I decided to go make popcorn.

Once the steaming snack was at its acme of taste, I placed it in a bowl and say on my couch in time to read today's headlines scrolling on the side.

- ONE DIRECTION RELEASE A SECRET ALBULM?
- DYLAN O'BRIEN LEAVING TEEN WOLF FOR A "NORMAL LIFE" ?
- NICK ROBINSON LEAVING FOR LONDON TODAY?
- CALUM HOOD LEAVING 5SOS?
- ARIANA GRANDE: A NEW VICTORIA SECRETS ANGEL?
- JELENA BACK TOGETHER?

I was mentally and emotionally invested into the show. I was anticipating the story of Nick. That couldn't be true. He would've told me, right? Oh my God, what if that was what he was trying to tell me earlier today at school. I placed my head in my hands until the topic came back on air. I don't remember blinking once at all as the topic aired. I sighed. It was true. Nick's face appeared on the screen as he was drunkenly walking on the streets.

"How are you Nick?" They asked eagerly and annoyingly.

"I'll be better when I move to London tomorrow around 7:00 PM to shoot a new movie," he slurred. I grabbed my things and headed out the door. I sat in my car for a few seconds, thinking about what will happen if I let Nick go, or if I chase him right now. I slammed on the gas and reversed out of my driveway before heading to the airport.

Once I was parked in the airport's crowded parking lot, I shut off my car and grabbed my things. I placed my phone and keys in my purse as I ran through the airport.

"I need to go say good-bye to someone. Where is the plane to London?" I asked the receptionist, who was shocked that I just cut in front of everyone in line. She apologized to the person she was helping before I interrupted and pointed to where I needed to go. I thanked her and apologized to the people that I'd cut in front of. Once I found the gate for the plane heading to London, I saw Nick handing the gate's receptionist his boarding pass. I began fast-walking, but by the time I arrived to the desk, he'd already boarded the plane.

"M'am, I have got to get on that plane for five minutes. I need to talk to one of the passengers," I said quickly.

"I am sorry, but the plane's door has just been closed," she replied. A few tear droplets cascaded down my cheeks as she informed me of the information. She gave me a sincere and reassuring smile and I walked away. I sat in the gate's waiting area chairs. I closed my eyes as I placed my feet on the chair and my head in-between my knees.
