Harry's POV
I couldn't stop staring at Melodie. She was absolutely gorgeous. Wait, what am I saying? I just got out of a relationship. I should be broken hearted, but I'm not. I felt the boys nudge me in the side, and then heard Louis introduce me. I guess I zoned out staring at Melodie. Oops! We all wandered into the living room and all plopped down in random spots. I was surprised when Melodie came and sat next to me on the couch.
"Do you want to play Mario Kart," I asked her.
"Sure," she said.
"Can we play too," asks Louis and Jade coming over to us.
"I guess since it's four players," I told them.
We all grab a different color remote. Jade managed to snag the purple one. Louis grabbed the red one. Melodie grabbed the pink one. I snagged the blue one. Jade grabbed a Nunchuck as well.
"What are you using the Nunchuck for," I asked.
"It's easier to steer. It's the only way I even have a chance of winning," she explained.
"I didn't know you could use the Nunchuck to steer," exclaimed Louis grabbing one too. He was horrible at steering so I didn't blame him.
"Yea I found it out by accident, when I forgot to unplug the Nunchuck before I started the game," stated Jade.
We decided to split onto two teams. Jade and Louis went to the red team, while Melodie and I went to the blue team. We each picked a course that we wanted to race in. Melodie picked Coconut Mall, Louis chose Moo Moo Meadow, Jade wanted Mushroom Gorge, and I picked Delfino Square. We all had our favourite characters to race with. Melodie picked Baby Peach, Louis chose, Donkey Kong, Jade wanted Yoshi, and I picked Dry Bones. Jade kicked our butts with Louis coming in second behind her. I realized that the Nunchuck had made it too easy for them. Oh well, I'll just get Louis back during Fifa later.
We ended up spending the rest of the night doing video game tournaments. We found out that Jade is the queen of Mario Kart, Liam is king of Fifa, Perrie is the queen of Forza Motor Sports, Niall is king of Lego Batman, Zayn is king of Lego Lord of the Rings, Louis is king of Lego Harry Potter, Selena is queen of Lego Pirates of the Caribbean, Melodie is queen of Minecraft Xbox, Demi is queen of Halo, and I am king of Call of Duty. We stayed up all night (A/N: Was not on purpose) playing video games. We all crashed at seven o'clock the next morning. Melodie and I had gotten to know each other quite well last night. We were now really good friends. I was going to take it slow and let things gradually form into a relationship. I didn't want to pressure her, and risk losing her friendship.

Tomorrow I am working all day and Friday I'm going on a shopping trip with my best friend. I'll work on it when I can, but I probably won't have that much time.
