Hey my roses! I'm updating once again. This chapter is a little different from the others, but it was what sounded interesting. Hope you guys enjoy it. <3
Simon Cowell's POV {Bet you didn't see that coming!}
I checked my email to see I had a bunch of emails from the boys. What did they want? They never email me unless it's important. I open the first one from Louis. I read it and click on the link. The link opened up to a YouTube channel. The video is Gotta Be You. I watched the whole video and was amazed. I went back to my email to see that they were all videos from the same girl. I logged onto my YouTube channel and found hers. I watched every single video she had on there. Some of the songs surprised me. Most of her songs were One Direction, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, or other popular artists. There were a few songs I didn't recognize. I realized that they were gospel songs. This girl was amazing. She had some real talent. I don't know how the boys found her, but I'm glad they did. I needed a new young singer, and this Jade Livingston was perfect. I decided to call Liam up to find out more about her.
~Phone Call~
"Hi Liam," I said.
"Hey Uncle Simon," Liam answered.
"Can you tell me more about this Jade Livingston," I asked.
"Well Louis would be better, but I'll do my best. I know that she came from an abusive home. Making cover videos was her release from the pain. She graduated from high school early, and moved here to London. She has a dorm room at the University of London. Demi found her videos on YouTube and recruited us and Selena to find her. Louis found her on the floor of her bathroom in the dorm bleeding. She had attempted suicide. The two of them have been really close. We recorded a few videos with her at the college music building. Demi, Selena, Perrie, and Jade have been having a lot of fun hanging out. They even found a new girl for Harry, after his breakup. He really seems to like her. Her name's Melodie Shephards. She is an amazing singer too, according to the girls," Liam tells me.
"Hmm this is interesting. I need a new group, and I think Jade and Melodie might just be perfect. I have no control over Selena and Demi, but I can arrange something with Little Mix and you boys. What would you think of a big group tour. The new group, Little Mix and One Direction, with the possibility of Selena and Demi joining," I suggest.
"I think that would be good publicity for the new group, and a lot of the fans I the fandom crossover. Plus a lot of the girls are poorer, and can't afford to go to more than one concert. Some can't afford it at all," he tells me.
That gives me and idea. They could do special concerts for those who can't afford it, and for those girls from abusive homes, similar to the one Jade came from. The only problem is getting Jade and Melodie to agree to sign with me.
"Liam, do you think there is a possibility that Jade and Melodie would want to sign with me," I ask.
"I'm pretty sure they will. You'll have to ask them," he said.
"OK. I want all ten of you here in my office at 10 tomorrow morning. We'll talk this over then," I said and then hung up. I was going to get Jade and Melodie's talent out there somehow.
