Colton wakes up quickly, remembering exactly what had knocked them out. He sits up and looks around the room, frightened to see that there is no handle on the wooden door, window on the wooden wall, or even a vent in the small tile bathroom. There appears to be no way out of the room, they are trapped.

The only thing that provided a little ease to his mind is the fact that neither he nor the other children had been bound while they had been unconscious. It did not ease his mind much, however. The fact remains: they're trapped in a room at an unknown location, thousands of miles from home with no conceivable way to contact their parents.

The other kids are still out cold, but Colton surmises that it's a result of their small sizes. So, Colton takes this time to carefully look around their cell. It isn't as dastardly as most places kidnapping victims are stored, but there isn't anything pleasant about it. There is a small chest of drawers against the wall that Colton assumes to be empty. There is a plain lamp, the source of light in the room, in one corner. The only other furnishing of note is the wooden bench that Emma and Leeanna had been dropped on.

Rhea, Gerald, and Howie had been dropped on the floor, as Colton had been.

Rhea groans awake, furrowing her brow, then opening her eyes. She abruptly sits upward when she sees the wooden ceiling. Panicking, she looks around the room at the unconscious figures of her friends. Her eyes meet Colton's after the initial panic dimmed slightly.

         "What happened?" Rhea asks him.

"I don't know, last thing I remember is watching all of you guys get thrown into the back a van, then everything went black, and I woke up here," Colton explains.

"We should never have gone with that plan." Rhea realizes.

"You don't say," Howie mutters groggily as he sits up. He looks around the room. It only takes him a once-over to understand their predicament. "There's no way out." He doesn't pose it as a question. If there were an escape route, Howie would have minimal trouble detecting it and getting it open. He bet that whoever had captured them planned on him having telekinesis.

"Where are we?" Gerald asks as he wakes up.

"I have no idea," Colton says. "They kept us under for the whole ride, probably to make sure we wouldn't find out."

Howie puts his hand on a tender area in his side. He guesses that's where the guys that took them injected the knock out drug, multiple times.

"Do want me to heal it?" Gerald asks him. He catches his brother's eye for a split second, but Howie looks away almost immediately.

         "No." Howie objects firmly.

"Okay," Gerald says and directs his attention elsewhere.

"Um, shouldn't Emma and Leeanna be awake by now?" Rhea asks nervously.

"Maybe, there's no telling how much we've been given to knock us out," Colton answers.

As if on cue, Leeanna groans and opens her eyes. Seeing her surroundings causes her to sit up. She doesn't say anything for a few seconds, then makes eye contact with Colton.

Do you know how long we have been unconscious? Leeanna asks him, but projects it so everyone can hear.

Colton shakes his head. Leeanna frowns slightly then looks at Emma.
