Mark's POV

I stirred in my sleep.

tap. tap. tap.

I pulled my pillow over my head.

THUMP!

I quickly sat up. I looked to the window, the source of the noise. I saw the blurry outline of someone in baggy pajamas and brand new glasses. I pulled my blanket around my body and put on my glasses. I stood up and opened the window.

"What are you guys doing here?" I whispered, staring at the night sky above.

"We're going somewhere!" Molly whisper shouted, pushing Felix out of her way. Bob and Wade stood behind the other three.

"Ooh~! You slept naked? Were you thinking about me before you went to sleep?" Jack winked.

"No! I'm in my boxers!" I pulled my blanket tighter around myself. "Why are you here? What time is it?" I looked at everyone's pajamas.

"We're going out to breakfast! And it's 3 in the morning." Jack grinned, pushing his new glasses up on his nose.

"What the hell!" I laughed. Of course Jack would do this. "Okay, I'll go get dressed." I sighed.

"You have to put on pajamas!" Felix jumped forward.

"Fine." I rolled my eyes and dropped the blinds. For extra measure, I shut the curtains. I pulled on black pajama pants with mustaches and a t-shirt. "Okay, lets go." I climbed out the window, shutting it behind me. Jack stood in front of me, his hair messy and tangled. "Jack, is that my shirt?" I looked down on his baggy long sleeved shirt. It was loose on his tiny body, and hung off of his shoulders.

"Yep, you left it at my house last time you were over." He kissed me sweetly. Suddenly, my vision was stolen. Somebody tied a tie around my eyes.

"Hey!" Shouted, but Jack took my hand.

"Shh!" He scolded and pulled me forward. Someone opened a car door and Jack helped me in. Suddenly he sat on my lap and shut the door.

"J-Jack! Get off!" I groaned. He buckled us both in and leaned back on my shoulder.

"We only have 5 seats!" He giggled.

"Calm down, he's weighs nothing." Bob laughed.

After a few moments of blind driving, the car stopped. Jack opened the door and stood up. He pulled my arm and helped me out of the car. I took a few shaky steps, trusting Jack to not lead me off a cliff. Finally he put a hand on my chest to stop me.

"Okay, take off the blindfold!" Jack said excitedly. I reached behind my head and untied the little knot. I pulled off the blue tie and looked around.

"Really? IHop?" I laughed.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Everyone cheered happily. Jack stuck a birthday hat on my head and led us all inside.

We sat down and looked at the menus. We obviously annoyed the staff, who were not as awake as us at 3am, but none of us seemed to care. We talked loudly and made lots of jokes, eating our pancakes and playing with straws.

Everyone finished around 4:30, and Jack grabbed my arm. He payed for my food and rushed outside, leaving the others behind.

"Mark! We have to hurry!" He quickly unlocked his car and hopped in. As soon as I was buckled he sped out of the parking lot.

"How did your car get here?" I pulled the birthday hat off of my head.

"I dropped it off this morning, made the reservation, and Molly picked me up to go to your house." He turned towards a small forest outside of his apartment complex.
