"Food baby?" I say jokingly patting Craig on his back. As I walked ahead he gave me a confused face. "Food baby. Where you feel so full from eating you feel pregnant. Food baby."
"Where you come up with something like that is crazy." he said as he shook his head softly then looked at me.
"Well, Craig," I say as I put my hand on his shoulder, "Congrats! It's a burger." I say while patting his belly with my other hand. Craig laughs as he grabs my hand and takes his chance and puts me over his shoulder. "Craig!!!" I screamed out while laughing, "Put me down ya goof you'll hurt the burger!" I said now starting to tear up from the laughing.
"Nope," he says contently, "I won't put you down just yet." Just as he finished his sentence he started jogging down the road until we reached to what looked like a university. As he sat me softly on the grass I looked around to find a sign that says Trinity College Dublin. Just before I was going to ask why he took me here he softly grabbed my chin and pointed towards the sky. Being in the middle of a green area where the stars were seen, not as clear as home but it was close enough, was amazing.
"How did you know I would like this?" I wondered out loud.
"I didn't" he admitted, "I winged it, I love to sit in the middle of a park to stare at the night sky to see if I see more stars than the last place I looked at the stars. I thought that you'd like to do something more relaxing, the club didn't seem to be the best thing after a whole meal."
I stared in awe as I replied, "Wow, the more I know about you the more interesting and cooler you seem to be." I look at him with a genuine smile knowing that I could really get to know this Craig Thompson. As much as I loved spending time here with Craig it was getting late, "It's getting late, I think I might head home." I stood up while brushing myself off. Craig followed my actions.
"Do you need a ride? I only had that one Guinness, I'm fine to drive." he offered.
"Sure, lead the way." I said as he gets his keys and starts walking to where he had his car parked. We ended up in the parking lot of the club he ended up walking up to an expensive BMW which, no offense to Craig, surprised me.
"Well," he chuckles obviously noticing my impression of his car, "you gonna get in?" I nodded and jogged to the passengers side waiting for him to unlock it. I stepped in checking out all of the details and upgrades the car has. "Do you mind if I turn the radio on?" I shook my head showing that he could.
My favorite song, "Nothin' On You" by B.O.B. featuring Bruno Mars, came on and I turned it up and I starting singing the song as I knew the lyrics.
"Beautiful girls," I sang with ease, "all over the world. I could be chasing but my time would be wasted." When the last line of the verse I looked at Craig, "They got nothin' on you babe." I soon realized that I was singing in front of a person that doesn't know me that well.
Craig was staring at me in awe while we came to a stop at an intersection, "Wow." he said breathless, "I didn't know you had such an amazing set of cords on you." I breathed out a laugh then soon coughed to cover both the laugh and the heat that was running my cheeks.
Instead of replying to Craig's compliment I straightened my posture and gave him directions to my place, "You need to take a left up here at the light." The rest of the ride was filled with the radio playing whatever and myself telling Craig where to go.
