Hospital Drama

Sorry for not updating soon...but school has taken over my life...(sadly)...but please continue to read and vote....

I woke up to the sounds of beeping all around me.Was I in heaven? Unfortunately I wasn't.I was actually in the hospital. Why was I here anyways? I knew I fainted but I always faint and I was never brought to the hospital.

'Thank god you're awake' my mom says whilst placing a kiss on my forehead.'What am I doing here.I only fainte-.'

I couldn't finish my sentence as I remembered James weight increase in my arms.Omg.Is James dead? I breathed rapidly to prevent myself from crying.

'Is James okay?''Uhmm....I don't know what's your definition of okay.' I couldn't keep my tears in any longer.'Is he-is he de-dead?' I manage to ask through sobs.

'Oh no sweetie.But he's in critical condition.He seemed like he stabbed himself repeatedly though.''Will-will he make it?''The doctors don't know yet.''I want to talk to him.''I don't think that's a good idea.''It wasn't a good idea either to verbally abuse somebody until they commit suicide.'

Tears immediately came to my eyes as I remember the image of my father hanging from the basement ceiling with rope around his.neck.'Im sorry I said that.Im just not in a good mood.'

My mother doesn't respond. Instead she picks up her bag and leaves me here all alone to feel guilty about what I said.

I decided to push back the thoughts of my father hanging and decided to go see my male goddess James although I don't know where he is exactly.

Whiles on my journey..my mind wandered back why I am in this hospital. So I retreat so I could ask my nurse.

'Hi miss.......Ophelia' I said uncertain if I pronounced the name on her tag correctly.'Hi miss Lewis. You seem to be better than at first.It's great to see you back to your normal self.'

What the hell is she talking about.

'Huh.''Huh what?''I don't know what you're talking about.That's what I came to find out though. Why am I here?''Well your mother said that you fainted and usually you wake up like forty to fifty minutes... But then you didn't. You never woke up actually until now. Everyone was worried cause your whole body was drained from it's colour and you became really skinny actually. We thought that you were dead.We felt your pulse but we didn't feel anything. Until afterwards the machine was beeping uncontrollably.''Oh' was all I managed to say.'Thanks' I muttered and left the room to continue my journey.

It wasn't long before I met my mother.When she saw me,she started to turn the other direction but I ran up to stop her.'Mom I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bring dad's death into this.''You shouldn't be the one saying I didn't make a good choice though' she replies coldy. Too coldy. Shivers ran up my spine as I try to figure out what she is talking about.'Wh-why-what are you -sayi-talking about' I fumble with my words.'Well first of all you're the whole reason why you're here, why I'm here.If you didn't act like a stupid selfish bitch and just say yes to James on a simple date then we wouldn't be here.Plus James wouldn't have had a 75% chance to be in a fucking comma.'

My heart drops and my legs stay the same place as I watch my mother leave.

All of a sudden I couldn't breathe. I tried gasping in for air but that didn't work.I just decided to go back to my bed.But I couldn't make it.With every step I took.. It became more difficult to breathe. I tried to shout for help but my voice was no where to be found.
