~Part One - Chapter Eight~

I walked in behind Light as Ryuzaki opened the hotel door for us. I was surprized that the HQ was just a hotel room, but at the same time I appreciated that it was so hard to find this place.

As we were in, all eyes were on me obviously. Then their looks moved to my hand. Then it hit me, I was still holding Light's hand. Then we parted our hands as we sat at the empty couch.

"So, everyone! This is (Y/N) (L/N). She will be joining us to investigate the Kira Case. (Y/N), this is Touta Matsuda, next is Shuichi Aizawa, Kanzo Mogi, Hideki Ide, Soichiro Yagami and Hirokazu Ukita. And that's Watari, my personal assistant."

He introduced them to me while I was looking and memorising their names. I was happy to meet them because they were all nice people trying to catch Kira.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned around. I saw that Light was looking happily at me. I smiled then turned back to the people I just met.

"And she's also my girlfriend." Light added then looked at his father, Soichiro Yagami.

It was my first time seeing him so I was slightly nervous. I mean, he's my boyfriends father, who wouldn't be nervous?

Then the black haired young man, Matsuda I suppose, got up and patted Light's back. "Light-kun~ you naughty boy~ Why didn't you brought her here before? By the way, nice to meet you (Y/N). And I suppose you're not from here, Japan I mean. Where are you from?"

L got out a lollipop out of his pocket as he looked very irritated. He opened the covering and sucked on the lollipop angrily. Whoa looks like we have an Eren Jäger here, I slightly smiled at my own joke.

"Yeah, I'm not from here. I'm from England. I came here one month ago." I said then turned back to L, who was still angry.

*Time skip to the end of the day because this book is not only about Kira Case*

I yawned softly as we finished the files. "(Y/N), Watari can drive you to home if you're tired." L said as he looked at me from his teacup. "Thanks Ryuzaki." I answered and took my backpack.

"Light, I suppose you're gonna stay here." I said to him as I hugged him from behind. "Yeah. We have lots of work to do." He said then sighed tiredly. "Ok, bye then love!" I said and followed Watari.

Watari walked me to the black car and offered me the door. I got in and got my phone out. I checked my social media accounts as Watari silently drived.

Then I looked at Watari from the mirror. There he was. His expression was the same as Ryuzaki's when he first saw me. What's so weird with me?

I mean, nothing is special about me. I felt the car stopped as I snapped out of my toughts. Watari opened the door for me and I got out to head home.

I was surprized when I opened the door. There was no sign of my sister and I started to get worried. I looked every room in the house and still no sign.

And when I went to the kitchen, I saw an envelope. I examined it and saw nothing. Just a white envelope?

I opened it and started to read it. What was inside it, was shocking and surprising.
