I fling off my mask as I storm to my room and I open another window on my laptop to search for Themalis cures, when I hear that laughter again, I turn and the same sprite was perched on the clock on my side table.Slowly I reach past it for my water, and finish it before I flipped the cup over it. The sprite wasn't happy after that, I studied the creature she was beautiful her wings were like transparent sapphires and her eyes were as blue as the ocean. Her hair was as pale as the ocean floor, but as amazing as she is I grab for my knife and look back at the glowing figure "I may not know anything about you, but I think I a knife will still cut a sprite. Don't you think so?" I asked as darkly as humanly possible, and the sprite nodded fast
" Good glad we have an understanding, now if I asked you a question you answer it or trust a few pieces of those pretty wings you have will end up as decoration for my room here.Got that? "The creature nodded still,
" Now," I continued," Why are you following me, and what do you know about Themalis?" The sprite shivered and made a small sound but answered, "I'm following you on the orders of your mother Queen Lauren Archerwood of the Elves of Quiversmith and the Andromendina. Well I don't know a lot about Themalis, Except the fact that my queen tried to find a mundane cure for it and that one already exists in the darkest part of the Andromendina called the Fahllaqúenrage" I sat puzzled by this my mom was an elf queen of someplace I've never heard of, and she already knew of a Themalis cure but didn't tell anyone. Did dad know about any of this? I needed to know more," Sprite, what do you know about this Faylakwangrah place?"
" Well one I have a name it's Amy by the way, and two you said it wrong it's pronounced fahl-ahk-wen-rahg. Other than that not much." Shaking off her sudden burst of confidence, I continued" So Amy, do you know of anyone who might be able to help me go to the Fahllaqúenrage to find a cure?" I question.
" Maybe, . . . but, if you truly wanted it I could take you." She replied with a wink and a coy smile.
" Okay then, you will take me to the Fahllaqúenrage and I won't maime or possibly kill you, sound like a deal?"
" Sure, but you can't keep me in this cup forever and you can't keep that knife on you after we get to the Andromendina it'll be way too small to threaten me with."
She said with a hint of mischief in her voice; before I had a chance to reply she grew. When she finally stopped she was a little less than my height. Now that I can see her better, she led me to a wall and stopped."Pfft . . . what now you gonna to use magic to open a portal?" I asked as I laughed.
" Actually . . . yeah."and with that the wall split in two with a blinding blue light."I bet you believe in magic now don't you?"
"Um . . . uh . . . y-yeah I guess I truly do."Then she took my hand and we walked through the portal to the most breathtaking place i've ever seen, though i'd never admit to it out loud.
