I was sick at home today so I decided to write and post the next chapter.
Hope you like it. <3Tony's POV
I arrive at work and find everyone already behind their desks. I look at the time and sigh out of relief that I'm on time. I take place behind my desk and start my computer. I look to my right to find McGee typing away on his computer, probably messaging with forensic specialist, Abby. I then look towards Ziva. She's reading a book of some kind. "What'ya reading, Zi-Vah?" I ask dragging out her name just to annoy her. She gives me an annoyed look before giving me the most obvious answer there is. Like I haven't noticed it's a book. "Someone got up on the wrong side of the bed." I state. That's when she lays her book down to actually look at me.
She bends forward, a smirk evident on her face. "Oh, that is most definitely not the case Dinozzo." She says still smirking at me. My eyes widen slightly. I can see that even McGee has looked up from his computer to see how this will end. Her smirk doesn't disappear as she sits back in her chair and grabs her book again.
"Oh no Sweet Cheeks now you have to tell." I say getting up. I walk over to her desk as she keeps ignoring me, and I rip the book out of her hands. She growls at me. If looks could kill, I'd be ten feet under the ground right now, that's for sure.
"Did someone have some fun last night?" I ask her, and now I'm the one smirking as she glares up at me.
"Don't you have something better to do Dinozzo?" She snaps at me. I shake my head and she growls loudly. She crosses her arms like a little child would do when it doesn't get what it wants and pouts slightly. I nearly laugh at this but decide not to. I can hear her silently counting to ten, which is something she learnt from Gibbs so she wouldn't kill me, so I take that as a warning. I get out of her arm reach but I still stand close enough to annoy her.
"Come on Zi-Vah. Tell. Oh! Did that boyfriend of yours stay over? What was his name again?" I ask and she looks up threating to kill me with her look. I don't stop though. I know she's isn't going to do something. Well, not with Gibbs around at least, and he's always somewhere just waiting to come up to us when we least expect it. I start saying names and she keeps ignoring me. That's when Gibbs comes around warning me. If I don't stop quickly he's going to release Ziva on me, allowing her to do whatever she wants. I quickly give her book back and grab my gear as Gibbs just told us to do.
For the rest of the day, I make sure that once in a while I throw a name at her. I can always see McGee shaking his head when I do so. When we're alone I don't really see the point of it. She gets more annoyed when I do it around people anyway. One day she might actually kill me due the amount of jokes I throw at her. Luckily our case today is so easy that we have a couple more hours to kill before going home. I take this time to joke around with Ziva some more. McGee has gone down to Abby's lab probably because he was getting annoyed too. Ziva on the other hand has started ignoring me. I decide that for today I have joked enough so I start playing a game on my computer. It's then that I see Ziva looking up. Concerned because I became silent. I laugh and tell her it has no point when no one's around. She rolls her eyes before returning to her book.
