Kankris pov

You were getting things back. Not everything but little shards of the life you once lived. It didn't come easy though you remembered so little about people and more about the word and environment around you. These memories were sparked up by odd cases of deja vu. Youd do something and for forever it seems you knew you'd done the same thing sometime before, a few days later you would figure it out. There was however a few people you remember well, there's only a few things missing from the story lines but other than that you remembered your brother, porrim, your dad, your other aunt kanaya, and your grand mother. All family. Of course remembering them was easy. You could barely get anything about your friends. You know it killed them, especially the one you knew as cronus. You liked him alot and you didn't want to see him upset but he was desprate to be remembered. Youd remember everyone some day you just knew  it would just take a little time.
Your brother did his best to try and help you. He was pretty good at it too though there were some days he gave up. You loved him and we're glad to have him as yours. You couldn't ask for a better brother.
You had gone back to school after remembering you had it. Luckily they excused your absence. Thank god. You could still get a degree. Appearantly you were highest of your classes, had two scholar ships and a full ride. Youre, even still, very proud. You easily got back into the courses them coming natural. You were surprised that the classes felt so easy.

It had been half a year since this eleged car crash, though for the life of you you couldn't remember. You didn't think that one was ever coming back. This seemed to relieve cronus. He said he didn't want you to remember the bad stuff first. You didn't really know what that ment it was to fat along for anything to be first any more, oh well not much you could do since he avoided being questioned about it.
Youre currently watching a movie with cronus and porrim. It felt familiar, infact this entire day had been familiar. Like that had recreated a day from your past. This was a really odd feeling. You didn't protest at all and rested your head on cronus's shoulder.

Cronus'spov

Your heart skips a beat when kankri uses your shoulder to rest his head on. This ft so much like old times you had almost teared up. You loved him still so much, you were glad he was getting better. Though right now it's killing you to not kiss the top of his head. You fear it would make things awkward and he would go home, you didn't want that, obviously.
Youd do e alot to help him, some he doesn't even know about, it had taken days to get the college to give him back his scholarships. You and karkat were lucky it did and kankri didn't find out. It might flaw his memory...actually, neither you nor karkat were at all sure how that worked, but after all it was way better to play it safe....it was....wasnt it?
