"2:47 am, Rap Monster out."
Jungkook stares at the screen in confusion as Namjoon logs out, and Seokjin chuckles. "Rap Monster?" Jungkook echoes, puzzlement expressed on his face.
"Namjoon is convinced he can spit fire," Seokjin laughs. "I mean, to be fair, he is a pretty great rapper, but I still think the nickname is hilarious. He made it in high school, and I guess it kind of stuck."
Jungkook nods, snorting in amusement. "Yeah, it's pretty funny." A few seconds crawl by before he notices that Seokjin is blinking quite a lot. "Are you okay?" he asks. "Is there something in your eye?"
"Ah, no," Seokjin denies with a shake of his head. He gives his abdomen a light pat. "I'm just hungry." This statement is affirmed by a growl of the elder's stomach, and the two boys giggle. "I'll be right back."
Seokjin returns a couple of minutes later with a large plateful of food. Jungkook's eyes widen at the quantity. "You're going to eat all that?" he asks incredulously. "That's like— two of my dinners."
The elder male merely shrugs, deftly picking up his chopsticks and placing an egg roll into his mouth. "I tend to eat a lot," he states. Jungkook watches Seokjin eat for several minutes, in silence, until Seokjin glances up at him and speaks, his lips suggesting a smile. "Are you going to say anything or just stare at me while I eat?"
"O-Oh," Jungkook says hurriedly, flustered. "Sorry, I just— I, um—" Three full seconds of dead silence inch by until Jungkook utters another sentence. "So, what's your favorite food?" he asks, internally cringing at how awkward he sounds.
Seokjin smiles fondly, even stopping his consumption of food to look at Jungkook. "No need to get embarrassed, it was just a joke."
Jungkook's stomach flips in embarrassment, and he can feel heat smothering the sides of his face, certain that his ears are extremely red. "Right— S-Sorry—"
Seokjin chuckles, shaking his head. "Don't worry about it, kid."
Kid?
"I'm not a kid!" Jungkook bursts out before he can stop himself. "I am a legal adult—"
"You're eighteen! You're still a teenager!"
"Yeah— but—" Jungkook doesn't know what to say, so he just glares at the screen, pouting, as he crosses his arms in front of his chest.
Seokjin's hand involuntarily comes up to cover his mouth as he giggles. "You're so cute."
Despite himself, Jungkook can't stop the bashful grin that creeps onto his face as he blushes.

"Park Jimin, you're cheating!"
"No, I'm not, you just suck at this!"
"I don't suck! You're che—"
"Tae, chill," Jungkook laughs, lightly shoving his friend. "And Jimin isn't cheating, you're just really bad at Mario Kart."
"Jungkook!" Taehyung whines, diverting his attention from the TV. "You're supposed to be on my side! Bros for life! What about Taekook?"
Jungkook snorts. "Screw that," he mutters, eliciting a laugh from Jimin. "Jikook for life."
"But Taekook!" Taehyung groans and restarts the game, eliciting an irritated yell of "hey!" from Jimin.
Jimin turns to Taehyung angrily. "You restarted because you were losing! You can't do that, you promised!"
Taehyung shrugs. "People lie, Jimin. Welcome to the real world, where people break promises."
"I hate you."
"Thank you," Taehyung says sweetly, turning back to the screen as the race begins. Jimin wins again, and Taehyung glares at both of the other boys. "You conspired against me," he mutters, narrowing his eyes. "You rigged the game— that's why I lost."
"Welcome to the real world," Jimin says, beaming, and Jungkook lets out a bark of laughter as Taehyung grumbles.
"I hate you guys."
