Talking To The Moon

I sit at night,

With only moon's light.

For hours, I'm there,

Nothing too rare,

And talk to the moon,

Hoping troubles would leave soon.

I sat last night,

No one else in sight,

And just talked 'bout you

For what you do.

The moon understood,

But not you could.

I stare at the moon this night,

And pray with all my might.

Dear friend, please don't leave me

With this haunting memory.

You're my best friend,

A friendship that shouldn't end.

I'll watch the moon tomorrow's night,

Thinking about our fight.

I'm sorry for everything,

For you I'll make the birds sing.

Dear friend, please stay!

Please stay, just one more day...
