The Marionette x Reader - No Strings Attached

Chapter 9

Marionettes p.o.v

That golden bear. He would kill me. I slammed my door shut but he began to bang on it. I went into my box and hoped that he would go away. But I knew he wouldn't. He was the only one with no emotion. The only one that no one knew about. But I knew one thing. He would easily be able to kill me. I then heard my door smash open and heavy footsteps walk inside.

"ItS mE" My heart sank and I tried to stay quiet but trembled. The lid to my box suddenly opened and I was dragged out then smashed against a wall. I could hear a mechanical chuckle and I looked up at the golden bear. He had a lust for killing and I could tell I was next. He grabbed me by my throat and placed his other hand on my arm and quickly ripped it from my body.

Even though I was no longer human, I could still fell the pain. And it was agonising. He then placed his hand on my other arm and I was ready for him to tear it off so I closed my eyes. But all I felt was him dropping me to the ground and running off. I looked to where he ran and my eyes widened.

"Y/n...." I passed out.

Readers p.o.v

I watched the cameras and watched the golden bear. I hadn't been told about him, nor had I seen him yet. So I watched him closely. He then began to crash on the door that the Marionette was inside and I became worried. Eventually he smashed it down and dragged him from his box. I felt like I needed to run but decided to wait. He was another animatronic after all. He wouldn't hurt him. But I was wrong. He suddenly grabbed his arm and ripped it off and that's when I ran.

I was afraid. I felt like I would die. If he could rip off another animatronics, or marionettes arm off, who's knows what he could do to me. But he needed my help. He had saved me twice so it was my turn. As I got to them the bear had his hand of the Marionettes other arm and I growled and threw one of my shoes at it.

It dropped him and turned to face me and I could see him more clearly. No eyes, some scratches and dents. He looked almost identical to freddy, but golden and older. But I also noticed that he had no eyes. His eye sockets began to glow and I ran for my life as he began to run after me.

I ran around corners and tried to find a place to hide. The other animatronics had shut down so I didn't need to worry about them. I ran into the kitchen and crept into one of the cabinets and I could hear his steps slow down. I held my hand over my mouth as my breaths became heavy. I looked out of a small gap and could see that he had stopped outside of where I was.

"FoUnD YoU"

Marionettes p.o.v

I eventually woke up and felt a large pain come from my left shoulder. I looked and remembered what had happened then stood up. Y/n was in trouble. I began to run but then stopped for a moment. I wasn't even sure why I was helping her anymore. She had stopped me from killing Vincent. The one man I wanted dead. But I sighed and ran again. She didn't deserve to die over that.

I ran through and couldn't find them, then went to the last place they could be in. The kitchen. I ran to that room then carefully looked around the door and I growled softly. He had her trapped. I crept into the room without him noticing and got onto the sides that was behind him then leapt onto his back. But he threw me off easily.

He walked to me, then Y/n went behind him and hit his back. He turned to face her then she stabbed a large knife into one of his eyes and he let out an ear piercing screech. She ran over to me and helped me up, then we ran to the security room and locked both of the doors. I looked at the cameras and golden freddy was no where to be seen. I let out a sigh or relief and then looked at her. She had her eyes closed and was panting slightly. Why would she help me?

"Th-thank you" She opened her eyes and looked at me and gave a soft smile

"No problem" She then walked next to me and looked at my arm and touched it lightly. I winced slightly and she looked at me. "We better get that fixed before the others get here" I nodded then looked at her

"But how?" She smiled

"I took a course in mechanics at school. I think I can fix it" I nodded

"I will get my arm, you should stay here just in case" She went silent for a moment then sighed and nodded. She opened the door and I walked out, back to get my arm and smiled to myself. She was definitely worth saving.
