-Well anyways, I got to go to class before I'm late, see you later, Yuu.

As I walked out of the cemetery, I saw a crowd of people coming out of the churches near by. It's been about a century since Yuu died, Sam moved to another town shortly after, and before I knew it, my friends started passing to the last stage of the circle of life, one that I wish I would reach soon. But as time passed, it seemed like the population went back in time(not sure how to explain it). Everyone was extremely religious, they all believed in God, all go to church on Sunday's and when they need guidance, they all pray before doing anything, thanking God for the luxury he gave them, just like the "good old days" -I can't help but wonder what their reactions would be like if they ever found out that there were vampires amongst themselves without them knowing-. I however, like I always have, do NOT believe in the shit they call God. If this God actually existed then he wouldn't of let so many innocent people die at the hands of those blood suckers, nor let people get their humanity ripped away from them without their consent, nor let people get tortured months upon months, well if he does somehow exist, he's a fucking ass.

Ignoring everyone that were praising their hero -the fucking ass- I walked towards my high school, yes I'm still in high school even after three centuries, get over it! I was running a little late -again- so I didn't have enough time to "check in" as the student body president. As I headed to my class, after I had picked up my books that I needed, some guy bumped into me, causing me to fall and drop all my stuff, I looked up and a certain emotion appeared on my face, it was anger, I saw William, a guy in my class standing all high and mighty before me.

-You know you could at least apologize.

-Nah, I'm good, he said as he was walking away.

After gathering my books, I quickly got up and headed to my class. Sigh, I was now officially late. As I got to class, I could hear the teacher taking the attendances. As I tried to discretely make my way to my desk, the teacher surprised me.

-Emily, late again I see.

-I'm sorry Miss Saad, I whispered shyly.

-You know you were suppose to show the mines student around, what exactly were you doing that was more important?

-Visiting an old friend, I mumbled to myself.

-Anyways, I guess that will have to wait till later.

As she continued the lesson, I think I fell asleep without anyone noticing.

-Ah so your finally here, I sincerely apologize, it seems that Emily was running a little late this morning. Everyone please welcome our newest student at...

I didn't hear the rest cause I was to focused on doodling in my notebook, again, I really wonder why they say I'm an honour student, I just don't see it.

-You can sit in the empty seat, next to Emily.

As I heard my name for the second time, I looked up at Miss Saad. Then I looked at the new kid. My eyes grew wide as he said:

-Mikasa?!

The whole class was staring at us in silence.

-You're mistaken, my name is Emily, I insisted.

The young boy thankfully left it at that for the time being, but as the teacher continued her once again interrupted lesson, I could feel the boy's gaze upon me. Knowing he would leave me alone for long, without giving him the chance to speak, I made my way up to the school's roof, knowing he would follow me, when the first period was over. I stopped still facing away form the new kid.

-I knew it was you.

-What the hell, I said as I turned to face him.

Tears were running down my face, when I tried to wipe them, Yuu grabbed my hand pulling me into the tight embrace that I've missed so much, trying to hold back these endless tears.
