Chapter 18

Izzy POV
I never would have thought that I would be in this situation. But there is a first for everything. But I wished it wasn't Jackalen who we were going against.
"Alec what do we do." I said.
"I don't know." He said.
"First we need to get rid of these demons. Then we need you Magnus to hold Jackalen down with your powers so we can take her to the Institute and give her some of our blood." I say to Alec and Magnus. We pull out or weapons and go at the demons with all our force I'm about to kill one when I see my brother struggling. I ran over and ran up his back and flipped over killing 10 demons during that time. We fought off about 180 demons when Alec told Magnus and I to go deal with Jackalen.
" Go distract Jackalen so I can do the spell." Magnus said to me. I went to the left side of Jackalen.
"JACKALEN STOP OR I WILL MAKE YOU." I yell she turned towards me and I see her soild black eyes.
" Isabelle stop there or you will be the first to hear their screams." Jackalen said. I see Jace look at Magnus.
" Jackalen this isn't you. You need to get that STUPID demon out of you." Izzy shouted. Jackalen started to run towards Izzy but stopped and fell.
" I DID IT" Magnus yelled. I ran over to Clary, grabbed my stele and let her go. As for Jace I slapped him.
" THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT." I yelled at him he looked at me with his big gold teary eyes. I instantly regrated yelling at him. I let him go and hug him.
" Jace we need to take her to the Institute and give her some of our blood." I tell him.
" I will give her my blood every last drop of it if I have to." Jace said as they walked through the portal.
Idk POV
Magnus strapped Jackalen down to the bed.
" YOU IDIOTS YOU THINK YOU CAN GET RID OF ME." Jackalen yelled as blood came out of her mouth and ran down her chin.
" Jace come here." Magnus said. Jace went to Magnus. " Pull up your sleeve." Jace pulled up his sleeve and Magnus drew a pint of blood from Jace. Magnus went to Jackalen and started giving the blood to her. She screamed in pain the angel blood was hurting her. Clary walked out and Isabelle followed. Jackalen passed out.
" She's fine she will be out for 2 days." Magnus said. " Who once first watch."
" I will" Jace said.
" Ok angel boy see you later." Magnus said and left so did Alec.
" People say that you will hear me talking to you so. I am so sorry Clary kissed me and I thought we were going to die and if she wanted a kiss before she dies. I never meant for this to happen so please come back to me I love you Jackalen. Don't leave me."

Two days later
Jace POV
I was sitting in the same uncomfortable chair just so that I can see Jackalen. I have been staying in here for two days and have only left to eat or use the bathroom. I was about to fall asleep when I saw Jackalen's eyes flutter open.
" JACKALEN" I yell and hugged her I was about to kiss her.
" STOP" She yelled at me." You and my sister kissed. And I tried to kill you. And I was able to control demons and I have demon blood." She said crying. I try to give her a hug. " GET AWAY FROM ME. ISABELLE." She yelled. She didn't want to be near me. Wow that hurts a lot I won't forget she said that. Isabelle ran in and went to Jackalen crying.
"Your ok I was so scared." Isabelle said.
" Hey Izzy can you um make Jace leave." Jackalen said. Wow I'm going to need a mourning rune to fix my heart she just broke it into a million of pieces.
" Jace please get out." Isabelle says I get up and leave silently crying.

Jackalen POV

Once Jace left me and Izzy started talking and crying.
" Iz why did they have to kiss I mean I thought he loved me. And Clary kisses him after we find out we are sisters. Why does the angel hate me." I say crying.
" You really should talk to Jace but before you do take a shower." Isabelle said. Jackalen went to her room grabbed a black sweater, tights and black boots.
After her shower

I knocked on Jace's door. He didn't answer so I opened it and saw that Jace wasn't there. I heard the shower. So I closed the door and laid on his bed. I closed my eyes and started crying. A couple minutes later I felt a hand rubbing my back.
" Jacky are you ok " Jace said worriedly.
" I'm sorry Jace I really am." I said.
" What are you sorry for." Jace asked me.
" For trying to kill you." I say as more tears come down my face.
" Jacky that wasn't you." He said picking me up and putting me on his lap.
" How did you get me under control." I ask.
" I gave you my blood. So that the angel blood could over power the demon blood."
" Thank you for you know saving my life"
" Jackalen" Jace said seriously. " I am really sorry about the Clary thing and I hope you can forgive me."
" I know that you are sorry I heard you when I was unconscious. And yes I do forgive you."
" I love." Those words were the words I've wanted to here since I've met him.
" I love you too." I say as I give him a small peck on the lips.
" Do you want to go eat." Jace said.
" No I want to be alone for tonight. Maybe tomorrow." I say as I get up and walk to the door." Bye"
"Bye" He says as I close the door.
Once I walked out I ran out of the Institute. I ran into an alleyway I fell on the floor and started to cry. I heard a trash can fall and looked up and saw a hellhound. I got up and was about to grab my swords but the hellhound ran to me and knocked me down. It bit me on my shoulder and pulled out a chunk of my skin. I screamed in pain. I grabbed one of my swords with my good arm. I cut open its stomach the blood got on my shirt and the tips of my hair . Then it vanished. I got up put a Healing rune on and started my way back to the Institute.

Once I got back to the Institute I went to my room and took a shower. After I washed my hair is saw that the tips of my hair were still red. I tried several more times to get it out but nothing worked. When I was done with my shower I got into my pjs. I walked over to Jace's room. I knocked on the door and went in. Closing the door behind me.
" Oh hey Jacky." Jace said. " Why are the tips of your hair red."
" It is the blood of my enemies." I say playfully.
" What really happened." He said.
" I went out for a walk and got attacked by a hellhound. The blood got in my hair and now it will not come out."
" The red fits you. And when did you get that rune on your shoulder."
" The hellhound bit me and took a chunk of me with him."
" Okay that hellhound did not like you."
" No it didn't" I say as I lay on his bed.
" Jacky tell me to do something for you please." Jace says.
" Read me to sleep."
" Read you to sleep in here."
" Yes now shut up, lay down next to me and read me to sleep." I say childishly. Jace grabs a book and lays down besides me. I get under the blanket and put my head and arms on his chest. He starts to read the most boring thing ever the Shadow Hunter Codex.
" Jace why this." I complain.
" I'm reading so I chose." He says.
The Codex is so boring I'm about to fall asleep.
" Good night Jacey."
" Good night beautiful. I love you." He says.
" Love you too." I say then fall asleep in his arms.

I am surrounded by all my family and friends. There was ti beautiful waterfalls. Jace was holding my hands, he was in a tux looking at me. I looked down and saw that I was in a gold wedding dress. I close my eyes. When I open them everyone is dead and my dress and hands are full of blood. I chant something demons surround me. Then the world went into darkness. Jace came out of no where and he killed my. But before he did. I smiled at him and told him darkness is good.

I woke up from Jace shaking me. I was sweating, shaking, and crying. I through myself in Jace's arms and cried.
" What happened Jacky." He said as if he was talking to a child.
" I killed all of you and I was able to control the demons again. I brought darkness to the world. Then you killed me." I say crying harder and not telling him that it was our wedding.
" Your ok." Jace said trying to calm me down. I lay down getting as close as possible to Jace. Only if he knew.
