Chapter 20

Jace and I went home. Once we got to the Institute. I ran to Isabelle's room.
" Hi." I say.
" Hey so what did you two do."
" Nothing big. Jace just proposed to me. So did you get that thing."
" HE PROPOSED."
" Yes promise me you will not tell anyone."
" Promise. And the thing you wanted is in that bag."
" Thanks Izzy love you. I'll tell you about everything tomorrow."
" Kk love you." Isabelle says as I close her door and go to Jace's room.

" Jace." I say as I open his door.
" Yeah." He says as he walks out of his bathroom with only a towel on.
" I had Isabelle buy you something." I say as I hand him the bag.
He looks in the bag." HELL NO I AM NOT WEARING THAT BEAST." He yells as he drops the bag.
I walk over to him and whisper something in his ear. Once I walk back I see that his face is red.
" I'll be back." He says.
I laugh to myself. Jace comes back out in the duck onesie and lays on the bed. I walk over to him.

Isabelle's POV
I walk to Alec's room so we can talk about the proposal. I know Jackalen told me not tell anyone. But I know that Jace told Alec about all of this.
" Alec." I say as I walk into his room.
" Yeah." Alec says.
" So I found out why you and Jace were acting so weird at Bone City."
" Tell me then."
" Jace wanted to propose."
" Your right how did you know."
" Because they came back already. By the way we aren't allowed to tell anyone."
" Yeah I know. Where are they at."
" I don't know and I don't want to know."
" Straight people. They can't control themselves."

4 weeks later.
Jackalen POV

I wake up and notice that Jace isn't in the bed. I get off the bed and run to the bathroom. I throw up. That's weird. I go to Izzy's room.
" Hey Izzy can we talk." I say
" Yeah what's wrong." Isabelle says.
" Well I think I umm.... might be.....pregnant."
" I'M GOING TO BE A AUNT."
" Izzy I don't know for a fact."
" Go use my bathroom there should be a test under the sink."

5 minutes later.

Izzy goes and checks the test.
" I'm going to be an aunt." She says.
" Isabelle promise me that you wouldn't tell anyone." I say
" I promise. When are you going to tell everyone about Jace and you getting married."
" Tonight. I'm going to tell everyone that I'm pregnant too."
" Cool we get good news for once."

That night

I tell everyone to meet in the library. Surprisingly Maryse, Robert, and Jocelyn,'my mother'. We're here along with Magnus.
" Jackalen and I have some good news." Jace says.
" We are getting married." I say.
" I just meet my other daughter and she's getting married to my other daughter's ex." Jocelyn says.
" Why are you talking like, that you aren't my mother! You left me!" I yell.
" Jacky calm down." Jace says.
" I left because Valentine made you and Johnathan monsters!" Jocelyn yells.
" Well I guess that means my child will be a monster." I say and then I run out.

Jace POV

" Well I guess that means my child will be a monster." Jackalen says and then she runs out.
" What does she mean by that." I say.
" Jace, she's pregnant." Isabelle says.
" Just great." Jocelyn says.
" SHUT UP YOU JUST CALLED YOUR DAUGHTER THAT YOU JUST MET A MONSTER!" I yell
" Jace we are happy for you." Alec says trying to lighten the mood.
" Where's Clary." Magnus says.
" She and Maia are at the movies." Isabelle says.
" I'll be back Izzy, Alec, and Magnus meet me in my room." I say and run out to find Jackalen.

I run into the garden and see Jackalen sitting on a bench crying. My heart broken. I walk over to her.
" Jacky." I say.
" Please leave me alone" She pleads.
" Jacky look at me"
" What do you want." She says as she looks up at me with her brown puffy eyes.
" I want to be here with you." I say as I sit her on my lap. So that we are face to face.
" Are you mad."
" No I'm happy. One I'm going to marry the love of my life. Two I get to teach our child how to be a bad ass. Think about this you are hot and I'm sexy. So this child will be the best thing in the earth." I am earning a giggle from Jackalen. " Come lets go to our room."

We go to my room. To see Alec, Magus, and Izzy.
" Hi." Jackalen whispers.
Magnus runs up to her." Sweet cakes I'm so happy for you." He says.
" Sweet cakes." Isabelle and Jackalen say.
"Sweet cakes is a nickname." Magnus says
" If she's anyone's sweet cakes she's mine" I say as I put my arm around Jackalen.
" I guess this would be a good time to talk about the wedding." Isabelle and Magnus say.
" I guess so." Jackalen says.
" We should have it a month before the baby is born." I say
" Fine by me." Jackalen says.
" Jackalen you are staying in my room tonight with Magnus. And you two boys are staying where ever." Isabelle says.
" But I want Jacky." I say.
" No we need girl and Magnus time." Magnus says.
" Fine." I say.
" Lets go Jace." Alec tells me.

Jackalen's POV

Isabelle, Magnus and I went to Isabelle's room.
" Makeover time." Isabelle says.
" Good I brought my glitter." Magnus says.
" Can we watch movies, talk about our boyfriends, and eat." I say. " We can have makeovers and go shopping tomorrow."
" Fine." Isabelle and Magnus say.

We watch Annabelle.
The stupid doll comes out of no where. Isabelle, Magnus, and I yell. Jace and Alec come in with shepherd blades.
" Jackalen. Isabelle. Are you ok." Jace yelles. I run to Jace and hug him.
" What happened." He says.
" The doll came out of no where." I say.
" Did it scare you." He says.
" Yes, if we have a girl she will not have any dolls."
" You guys can sleep in here." Isabelle says as she is hugging Alec.
" Yeah can you guys stay in here." Magnus and I say.
" Yeah we will." Jace says.
Isabelle falls asleep on the floor in between Magnus and Alec.
Jace and I are on her bed.
" Jace I'm scared." I say
" Is that movie really that bad." He says.
" I'm scared of that and of having a child." I say.
" Jacky look at me. We will get through this." Jace says as he pulls me close to him.
" By the way Isabelle, Magnus, and me are going shopping tomorrow. So can I have some money."
" No."
" Please." I say as I give him a puppy dog face.
" Fine but doesn't spend to much like last time."
" I promise I won't." I say childishly.
I curl up against Jace and he puts his arm over me. Then I fall asleep.

Next morning

" Jackalen wake up, we need to go shopping." Isabelle and Magnus say.
I turn over so that I'm on my back. " Fineeee" I whine as I get up.
" Shut up do you want to wake up the boys." Isabelle says.
I get out of the bed.
" When are we leaving." I say.
" In five minutes so go get change." Magnus says.
" Ok." I say as I walk out of the door.

As soon as I get in my room I go straight to my dresser. I pull out black skinny jeans and a a white shirt that said what the hell. Then I got on my black heels. I brush my hair. Then I go to the kitchen to find Isabelle and Magnus.

At the mall.

" Jackalen we need to find you a wedding dress." Isabelle says.
" I agree." Magnus says.
" I can't get a dress into a month before the wedding." I say.
" Why." Isabelle says.
" Izzy remember I'm pregnant and I'm going to be five times my size when I get married." I say.
" Buy your dress today and I can make it your size on the day of the wedding." Magnus says.
" Ok." I say.

We go into a wedding store.
We go and look at gold dresses.
" Izzy look at this one." I say holding up a gold and black that was so beautiful. ( the dress at the top.)
" Jacky it's perfect." Isabelle says.
" Go try it on." Magnus says.

I come out of the dressing room.
" O my gosh you look like you belong in a story book." Magnus says.
" You look beautiful. Jace will love that on you." Isabelle says.
" Thanks lets go pay and then go back home." I say.
