Chapter 17

"I'm I'm I'm a a mmm monster." Jackalen said while crying.
"No your not sweet heart" Valentine said. And left.
" Jace give me your stele so I can get us out of here." Clary said.
"Ugh we can't do that he put us in a cage made for shadow hunters" Jace said.
" Why are you so frustrated. " Alec asked
" I..i it'ss because of me." Jackalen said crying " I'm sorry I didn't know."
"Jackalen it's not you, even if you have demon blood it went to your skills and violent sense of humor." Jace said as he went to hug Jackalen. "Are you bleeding."
" No that's not my blood." She said
"Who is it." Isabelle asked
" A guy I killed."
"How did you kill him" Magnus said.
" I was tied up and he was beating me so when he turned around I ran up behinded him and jumped above him and brought the chair's leg into his head."
" It's fine you did what you had to." Jace said as he sat down on the floor and brought Jackalen on his lap. Jackalen closed her eyes and saw a rune that she never saw before.
"Hey Clary I know that you can make runes but have you seen this one." Jackalen said as she grabbed Jace's stele and drew the rune she had seen.
" Jackalen that is just two .runes combined it won't do anything. " Clary said as the cage came apart and fell.
" Wait but it did." Jackalen said sarcastically.
" Jacky how did you do that." Jace asked." How are your runes more powerful than Clary's."
" I don't know maybe the angel and demon blood liked me so yeah." Jackalen said as Jace grabbed 2 swords and handed them to Jackalen. "Thanks" She said and turned around and saw that Jace was handing Clary some weapons. Then the worst thing happened they kissed.
" I love you Jace" Clary said as Jackalen ran out crying nothing could stop her from getting away.

***** Jace POV
Once we got out of the cage I went to Jackalen and gave her, her swords I went to Clary and gave her throwing knives and I heard Jackalen say thanks. Next thing I know Clary grabs me and kisses me I kiss back. Out of the corner of my eye I see Jackalen's eyes go wide and teary
"I love you" Clary said as Jackalen walked out.

***** Jackalen's POV
I ran as fast as I could out of this building demons and guards came towards me. I killed them all easily. I wanted to kill Clary and Jace not easily but torture them. I thought Jace loved me. Another demon came running to me and I looked at it and felt myself change. I felt like I could do anything and kill anyone. The demon noticed it and stopped.
" Go and get the others now." Jackalen said to the demon and it obeyed. The demon came back with 200 demons
Jackalen had them kill all the men they came across. They made it outside Jackalen let all the demons go besides 10 of them. She knew that the others would be out here soon.
"Grab the red and blond head when they come out but don't harm the others. The two of them are in front of the others so grab them and then get behind me." Jackalen said and the demons obeyed they went next to the doors and waited. Clary and Jace came out running without any weapons. The demons grabbed them and went behind Jackalen just as the others came out. Isabelle gasped in horror.
"Jackalen let them go or we will by force." Alec said.
" Demons I demand you to come and protect me." Jackalen said. The 200 hundred demons came back and surrounded Alec Magnus and Isabelle. Jackalen faced Clary and Jace.
"Babe why are you doing this." Jace asked as Jackalen stood right in front of them. She grabbed Jace's stele and drew the lock rune on both of them. The demons let them go and went with the other demons.
"Jace you opened my eyes and let me see who I really am." Jackalen said.
"Jace look at her eyes that's not Jackalen the demon blood took her over." Clary said then Jace looked in her eyes and saw Jackalen's once beautiful brown eyes were now replaced with evil soild black eyes no white seen only black. She had Jonathan's eyes.

***************************** So yeah what's going to happen to them will they kill Jackalen. And why did they have to kiss. And Jackalen's powers are better than Clary's and Jace's.
