The night didnt go well for Louise, when Derek slithered in behind her he made it obvious he wanted her, she was in no mood but the fact she now has no clothes apart from her new long bridesmaid dress and the clothes she came home in she felt it best to do as he asked. Derek was very rough, and he hurt Louise, his big strong hands dug into her side as he moved her on top and then lowered his hands to her mostly purple thighs causing her to wince, something he enjoyed, it turned him on more. When he finished he fell asleep, must of been the alcohol consumption.

Louise creeped into the ensuite with her phone, locking the door behind her she sat against it and typed a message

I miss you xxx.

She hit 'send' and placed her phone down, she didnt want to go back into bed yet and could hear him snoring still so carried on sitting on the floor as she sobbed very quietly when her phone buzzed. It was Norman.

You okay? I miss you too. Xxxx

This didnt help her emotions, Norman still cared, she wanted nothing more than to run out the house and run to him but she couldnt.

Derek knocked on the door harshly "YOU IN THERE LOU?" He growled, he was still drunk by the sounds of it. "Err..yea just going for a wee" she called out, flushing the chain and washing her hands to make it look believable. "Come back to bed" he snapped from the other side of the door. Coming back into bed she placed her phone under the bed so Derek couldnt see who she had messaged or hear it should it go off.

Getting ready for the wedding , Louise in the same outfit she wore to meet Mia yesterday drove over with her bridesmaid dress to help Mia get ready. Derek kissed her on the head before he left for work, putting Liam on speaker phone she rung him to make sure he had his suit and everything at Norman's.

Hanging her dress over Mia's bedroom door she got all her makeup out to make Mia up, "how is Derek going to take you being in the pictures with Norman, does he know you will be in them?" Mia asked, "he wont be here will be" Louise spoke as if she didnt want to speak of him. "I know he hurt you Louise, i know he is changing you" Mia pushed Louise's brush out of her face to speak seriously with Louise. She looked at Mia and then at the floor, "you dont know anything." Louise sniped and continued applying Mia's makeup.

Louise went into the spare bedroom to change, and then she would help Mia into her dress, she checked her phone and saw a message from Derek

Ill pick you up at 10 pm. Dont be late. Xxx

10pm...! Some wedding party this would be, she rolled her eyes at the message, but rather that than another fall out with him.

Stepping into the long grecian style bridesmaid dress, she briefly looked at her leg bruises, she had a few more since then, and the one on her ribs had merged with a new one on her stomach, she definitely could not of worn the original dress Mia picked out. Derek saw to that.

"Louise can i--" Mia began asking a question as she came into the bedroom where Louise was and stopping as she saw her bruises. "Louise....." Mia whispered in shock, Louise pulled the dress up and zipped it into position and acted like nothing was wrong. "I knew he hurt you when you came over that time" Mia said pulling her into a hug teary eyed "its fine, im handling it" Louise tried to justify it to no avail, "lets get you a room at the hotel tonight you dont want to go back to him later...we will sort this okay." Mia suggested, "Mia...i said its okay...leave it...its your day today" Louise brushed it off and went to help Mia get dressed, her and Mia didnt speak about it any further.

Getting into the bridal car, Louise winced in pain as she had to squat down to get into it, Mia shook her head in disbelief that her once, super strong and independent friend is being treated this way. After the service, and Mia becoming Mrs Mia Flanery, everyone went through to the reception for champagne while Mia, Sean, Norman and Louise posed for photographs, "tell him" Mia whispered in a tone to Louise who was standing beside her. She ignored her. Norman who was on the other side of Louise held her hand from behind the flowing bottom of her dress, no one could see, he gave it a squeeze saying he is there for her and always will be.

After the photos Mingus and Liam came out and Mingus walked up to Louise and gave her a big hug, he hadnt seen her in so long, he squeezed on her sides making Louise wince in pain, "mom fell down the stairs druuunk" Liam joked and explained why Louise's side hurt ,once Mingus realised he hurt her, the boys laughed. She could see Norman looking at her as she walked in with an arm around each boy.

Louise spent most of the evening looking at her phone, she had to keep an eye on the time, she knew Derek wouldnt come in to get her but if she wasnt outside by 10 she would be in for a world of pain no doubt. Sitting next to her Norman took her out of her trance, "hi sweetheart" he said running his fingers over the back of her neck, she twisted herself and hugged him, she took a while to release him from her arms. "Everything okay?" He asked as she sat back in her chair. She paused, and knocked back her champagne "everything is dreadful" she sighed.
