Now no one at all expected Praetor Zhang to crack. Well he did, and it wasn't exactly the prettiest change ever.
Frank smiled softly, walking around Camp Jupiter with Nico, talking about Hazel.
"Thanks for joining me today Nico." Frank grinned, glancing at the boy.
"Anytime. The transformations at camp are driving me insane." Nico sighed, wearing his skull shirt and jeans with combat boots. He decided to ditch the jacket, ignoring all the swooning girls about his muscles.
"Yeah I heard about those. You still shaken up about Jason?" Frank asked, freezing when he saw a parent hit a child, anger building up in his veins.
"Yeah..I am..Frank?" Nico asked, taking a step back as he saw Frank change into an angry looking lion, screaming.
Frank charged at the parent, ripping them to shreds, transforming back when he finished. Just like Jason and Percy, Frank was clad in scratched up clothes, full of blood stains.
"No...not you too..." Nico mumbled, freezing when Frank's eyes locked with his. He quickly shadow traveled back to the Hades cabin, just as Frank, as a bear, charged at him.
Frank laughed evilly, changing into an eagle, flying away from camp, determined to get rid of all abusive parents in the world.
Meanwhile, Nico was in his cabin, crying and freaking out. He locked himself in the bathroom, where he'd been for eight hours, listening to Leo attempting to get him to open the door so they could talk.
"G-go away Leo." Nico sobbed, curling into a ball. He heard his best friend sigh, picking the lock with a screwdriver.
"Nico it's okay, I'm here." Leo pulled him into another tight hug, kissing his forehead. His heart broke, seeing his best friend break down in front of him, everytime this happened.
"Leo, what if you become like them too?" Nico cried, curling into Leo's arms. He buried his face in Leo's chest, crying harder.
"Then I'll trust you with changing me back." Leo whispered, holding him tighter.
