Nightmare

I'm not even sure what is going on in my life. I'm lost...
My girlfriend is the only thing that actually makes sense anymore. I'm stumbling through the dark with a cane. Funny, I thought this only happened in books and movies. Anyone have any suggestions, or just wanna talk?
