1. Since Jem is now older and Calpurnia works for the Finches she has to be respectful to Jem and shows her respect by that.
2. Dill didn't come over the summer and never sent a letter why he didn't come.
3. They had locked her in the church basement.
4. She was in charge of the children and cared for them.
5. She is friends with some of the people and not friends with the others, talking to special needs kids and kids who are not special needs; talk more respectfully to whites than blacks since she could read and write.
6. Collects money for the Robinson family.
