THB CHAPTER XXVIII

Thea Ysabelle's POV:

To: Xian

Where are you? I'll wait you here at the old park where you followed me last two weeks.

Message sent.

Yes. I texted Xian and honestly, I--don't really know what comes into my mind and I ended up texting him. I sat on the bench and wait for him. I remembered something that makes me smile. I close my eyes to feel the fresh air when someone hug me from the back. I know him, the scents I loved before. I open my eyes and turn around to look at him. I stand and cross my arms.

"What took you so long?"

I asked while pouting. I was shocked from what he did. He kissed me. Oh God. Nang mahimasmasan ako ay madali ko itong pinaghahampas. Ayoko namang isipin nito na nagustuhan ko ang ginawa nya. Hindi ba? bulong ng utak ko. shut up brain.

"Why did you do that?"

I asked. He just stare at me and say nothing. I don't get what's on his mind right now. I rolled my eyes and sat on the bench. sumunod naman ito at naupo sa tabi ko.

"What's the problem?"

He started. I just sigh and look from nowhere. He held my hand.

"Tell me."

He utter and again, I just sigh and look at him. I smiled at him--a half one. I don't know how to start. Ang dami kong problema at hindi ko na alam kung anong dapat gawin.

"I..don't know. Sa sobrang dami ng problema ko ay hindi ko na alam kung ano bang iniisip ko. Until now, hindi pa rin nahuhuli ang nagtangkang pumatay sa akin maging ang bumaril kay Alex. Hindi ako matatahimik.. Not until that bastard arrested."

He pinch my hand and caress my face.

"I'm here my princess. I'm here. As long as I'm here you don't have to worry. I'll protect you."

I just smile and lean my head on his shoulder. ganun lang ang naging posisyon namin for 10 minutes. I feel secured. I feel safe. Sana lagi nalang ganito ang nararamdaman ko.

Kriiiing! Kriiiiing!

Bigla akong napatayo sa pagkakasandal kay Xian to answer the call. nanatili lang itong nakaupo habang pinagmamasdan ako.

"H-ello."

It's Ian. Bakit parang iba ang tono ng boses nito? parang natatakot.

"B-abe."

Napatingin ako kay Xian sabay iling. He held my hand and pinch it.

"Babe! Someone kidnapped me at dinala ako sa isang lugar. please babe help me. I need you. Don't tell this to others or else, papatayin nila ko. I'll send you the address. I'll wait for you babe. promise me you'll come."

Oh God. Ian is in danger. Sht. This is all my fault.

"Sht. Yes yes. I'm on my way. I'll be there in 15 minutes. Wait for me babe. I'll come. bye."

Heto na nga ba ang sinasabi ko. Sht. Sht. Sht. Pagkababa ng tawag ay hinablot ko agad ang bag ko sabay lakad paalis not minding Xian. I'm in a hurry and I don't have a time to explain from what's happening.

"Wait. Where are you going?"

Napalingon ako dito tsaka yumuko. Hinawakan nito ang mga kamay ko. Alam kong gusto pa nya akong makasama at ganun din naman ako sakanya but Ian needs me badly. Kahit papaano ay napamahal na ito sa akin at hindi ko naman hahayaang pati sya ay idamay pa ng killer na yun.
