Chapter 8

~Cammie's POV~

We start to walk and I turn off by the dock where our secret place is. "Hey, where are you going?" Alex asked me. "Well my house actually burned down, so I've been having to sleep in our place." I tell her. "Um....you know you could always ask if you wanted to stay at my house, Chris does it all the time!" Alex hits Chris in the arm playfully " As I recall you're the one asking me if I wanted to come over!" She smirks and looks at Alex. "Fine, ok whatever, but Cam please come and stay at my house!" I stand there thinking about her offer, well I guess it couldn't hurt I mean the floor is starting to hurt my neck. "Why not!" I say. I look back at the ocean to see if the figure was still there, and it is. I take a better look and seems to be a boat. Duh, what else would it be? But it has a logo on it and I can't quite see, but the boat has gotten a lot closer. And I know it's not night fishers. They would  have equipment and such. This is no normal boat, I can feel that whatever it is, it's not good.  I look over and see Chris is grabbing her necklace, it looks like a locket. When she does she all of a sudden disappears. I stood there shocked. I didn't know I gave  her those powers. Alex screams and Chris appears again. "What?!?" She yells looking frightened. " you turned invisible like me " Alex tells her. " Cam, how many powers did you give us?" They both look at me, I honestly don't know. The main powers I gave them were fire and water/ ice. So this is new, I knew that Alex can turn invisible and reads minds too like me but I didn't expect Chris to have anything else. "I honestly don't know, I'm sorry when I gave you your powers I was sort of in a rush so I must of  throw in some on accident." I tell them honestly. "But this should be all there is, but I can't be sure." "That's alright we'll figure this out" "let's head over to my house before he gets here" Alexis pointed to the boat.

When we got to Chris' house, Riker immediately started asking us about our powers and how we got them, and if he was going to get any. And at the same time Alexis and Chris both disappeared. Riker stared screaming yelling "where did they go?!" "Bring them back!" And then they started laughing and went back to normal. "So what happened to y'all?" Riker asked in a worried voice. "It's kind of a long story, let's go sit on the couch." I told him. "Okay but let's grab snacks first!" Chris yells.
