~Alex's POV~
"So how was you're date?" I ask as I see Cam come in. "You and Chris should know!" She crosses her arms. "Sorry about that!" Chris looked down. "Well we only saw you at the beach, nothing else!" I smile slightly.
"Fine, it was good." She smiled. "So are you gonna go on any more dates?" "I don't know, we didn't really talk about that." she shrugged. I look over at Chris and Riker, they really seem to like each other. She jumps on his back and he starts to run around. "I'm going to make tea Cam, you want any?" I ask. She seems to be texting someone, probably Lucas. She giggles and looks up at me and nods. I go over to the cabinets to get the mugs. I set them down by Cam and go sit by her, I poor water in the cups and use my power to heat the water, it boils way too fast and it explodes. It's weird, Cam acted like she knew that it was going to explode so she put up a force field up to protect us. I didn't know she could do that?!? Chris and Riker come in, she's still on his back. They look worried. "What happened here?" Chris say. "I didn't know I had those powers!" I look down at the mess. "Neither did I!" She say back to me. "Well that's really cool!" Riker says. "Yeah I guess so, I just wonder why I haven't found them before." I say as I gat a towel out of a cabinet to clean up the mess. "Maybe the longer you have powers, the more you get?" Riker asked. "I'm not sure but that could be true." Cam said.
"Let's get some snacks and watch a movie!" Chris suggests. I walk into the kitchen to make some popcorn but we're out. I decide chips will do but we're out of them too. We're out of almost everything! I walk into the living room. "Girls we have grocery shopping to do."
We get to the store and start filling the cart. "What should we get for dinner?" Chris asks. "We could make burritos?" Cam suggests. "I like that idea! What do you think, Chris?" I look at her. "Sounds great!" She smiles.
~30 minutes later~
We get back to the house and start putting groceries away. "I didn't realize we got this much food." Cam said. "This is why you don't shop when you're hungry!" Riker walked into the kitchen making us laugh. "what's for dinner?"
