Chapter 3

Jena's POV
I went and got my gun and holaster from the car. I saw "walkers" out there. I can't even begin to process how people are being brought back to life. Are they even alive or are they just? Idk well we probably need to get going.

"Guys we need to go! Those things are out there and I told Rick I would keep yal safe, even if that means leaving." Shane said.

"Fine but we need to write a note so if Rock comes back." I say.

I write a note explaining that we are going to Atlanta and we WILL find him. I hope this doesn't go south.

We get in the car and begin to drive off. I'm in the back with Carl and Lori and Shane are up front. For one reason Shane keeps looking at ne threw the mirror. Who knows what he is doing. As we drive I begin to see walkers walking around.(yea I know it sounded stupid but they are doing what they are ment to do) We are driving down the highway when we see a massive traffic block. We get out of the car and begin to look around. Of course I have to watch Carl. I mean I love him and all but he can get annoying. (Probably taking after me)

Lori and Shane come back with wide eyes. Lori starts to cry and gets in the car.

"What happened?!?!" I ask Shane.

"We-we-we heard explosions and stated to walk toward them. We got to a cliff like place and we sae Atlanta. There were air planes and helicopters. They were dropping bombs and we could see people down there. Dead people. We can't go to Atlanta. Where are we gonna go Jena?!?!" Shane says while looking like he's about to cry.

"It's fine Shane we will figure somthing out I promise," I say while giving Shane a hug.

We began to talk to other people. We found a woman named Carol, her daughter Sophia, and her husband Ed. Right from the start I didn't like Ed. I saw brouses on Carol and I knew what he was doing to her.

"I'm hungry mom," Carl says.

"We already ate our food honey. I promise we will get you some food soon." Lori says with a reassuring smile.

"We have some food. I will get you some." Carol says.

"Thank you so much." Lori says.

Carol walks to her car and starter to get somthing when Ed comes to her and says somthing. I can't hear from here.

"We ran out I'm sorry," Carol says while looking at Lori and Carl.

##well that is the end of chapter 3. Hope yal enjoyed. Ans I know I said I would post on Mondays and Wednesdays but I might post on Fridays as well. But I might not so don't get mad I I don't post. Ans btw 430 words before I wrote this a/n##
