Chapter Twenty Two

It was the last period of the day as Zayn and I sat in gym avoiding the flying basketballs. We were both on our phones since Tomina wasn't here to keep us company, now that I think about it she hasn't been at school for the past couple of days.

"Where's Tomina?" I asked looking up at Zayn.

He sighed, "She didn't tell you?" he asked surprised. "Well, Kai and her broke up, she said he was in love with some other girl."

"What the fuck!" I nearly screamed. "Have you talked to her? Is she okay?"

"She's sad and angry. I go to her house everyday after school so she can cry to me. She looks horrible." he answered. "Yeah, she told me to leave Kai alone ever since I yelled at him."

"Why?"

Zayn sighed, "Cause she broke up with him, she realized he didn't love her the way she did and that she would notice the way he looked at the other girl so she doesn't blame him blah blah blah."

"I loved them together." I pouted leaning my head back against the wall. "Wow true love really doesn't exist."

"You're so dramatic." he chuckled pulling me up from the ground. "You want to visit her with me today?"

"Duh. She needs me more than she needs you." I mumbled heading towards the locker rooms. "You probably just sit there while she cries."

He rolled his eyes, "No I actually try to talk to her but she ends up yelling at me." he said before we separated into the locker rooms. 

I changed back into my clothes, which was normal clothing, since I started hanging around Tomina and Zayn again they started rubbing off on me and I haven't worn my uniform in days. I mean I haven't gotten in trouble since schools almost over. Speaking of I have to figure out where I want to go for college, do I want to go back to the states or stay here? 

"Hey." someone said interrupting my thoughts, I looked up to see Luke.

I sighed, "Hey." I mumbled before I continued walking. 

"Are you busy right now?" Luke asked following me from behind. 

"Yeah, going to visit Tomina." 

"I'm headed to Michael's, do you need a ride?" he asked. 

"Zayn's taking me so I'll be fine."

"You guys are back together?"

"No, she has a boyfriend." Zayn interrupted. "Don't mean to be a buzzkill but I have detention for an hour."

I rolled my eyes, "I'll wait."

"I can take you." Luke suggested, I looked up at Zayn and shook my head.

Zayn chuckled, "Wow, Luke that's so nice. Thanks. I'll see you later then Violet." he smiled giving me a pat on the back before walking down the hall. 

Asshole.

"So who is your boyfriend?" Luke asked as we walked towards the parking lot. "Do I know him?"

I looked around. I spotted V from the top of his head, "The boy with the brown hair right there." I said pointing over to where he was. He was struggling to fit his stuff into his trunk which couldn't help but make me smile at how cute he was. "Yup, well that's V. Do you want to meet him?"

Before he could answer I was dragging him along with me. V smiled brightly once he saw us and didn't hesitate to pull me into a big hug.

"This is Luke," I introduced. "Luke this is my boyfriend, V."
