chapter ten

Chandlers pov

I start to drive home. she kissed my cheek. and we almost kissed! why am I getting so excited? it's not like I like her. do I? oh crap I do. this isn't good. this isn't good at all. but when she kissed my cheek I got chills. and she's so fun to be around. I guess I like her. ok scratch that I do like her. I wanted to be friends with her earlier when our families started hanging out but she didn't seem like it. now that we are getting along she's so beautiful. and I like her. I like her a lot. if only-

I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I feel a strong force push my car aside. I hear a loud screech and car horn and something shattering. my car comes to a stop and the air bag goes off. I open my eyes slowly and take deep breaths. I start to move but feel a sharp pain in my leg and arm. I groan in pain a little and try to open the door. someone opens the door.

"oh my god are you ok?" the man says.
I shake my head.

"oh no I'm sorry I hit your car. I'll call an ambulance" he says pulling out his phone and I nod slowly. my head starts to pound and next thing I know everything goes black.

Izzys pov

*next morning*

my alarm goes off and I groan and hit the snooze button. I yawn and sit up and stretch. Chandler almost kissed me last night. I haven't stopped thinking about it. I smile to myself and grab my phone. a few texts from Allie and Ashley just asking about last night. I'll tell them at school. I get up and put my hair in a ponytail. I put on a tshirt and a sweatshirt and a pair of black leggings. I put on my converse and walk downstairs.

"hi mom" I smile and go over to Connor who's sitting at the table eating breakfast.

"hey brat" I say and ruffle his hair. he groans.

"I just did my hair" he whines and goes back upstairs. I laugh and sit on the counter.

"mom, you ok? your a little quiet this morning" I say to her and swing my legs.

she sighs "honey, Mrs. Gina called me this morning" she starts.

"Mrs. Gina? like Chandler and Grayson's mom? what about?" I ask confused.

"yes. she said that Chandler is in the hospital" she says. I feel my body go completely weak. my mouth drops open a little bit.

"w-what? why?" I ask panicked.

"last night on his way home, he got in a car accident. pretty bad too" my mom explains. I look at the floor. oh my god.

"I know you're worried but-" she starts and I cut her off quickly.

"I want to see him" I say.

"honey you have to go to school. we will visit him after school today. I promise" my mom says calmly and I nod. well that ruined my day.

"I'm gonna get going" I say and get off the counter.

"do you want breakfast?" she asks.

"I'm not hungry. hey is it ok if I drive to school today so I can go right to the hospital afterward?" I ask. please say yes. please say yes.

"I guess so. but only because you and Chandler are now getting along" she says and smiles a little.

"yes! thank you love you" I smile and kiss her cheek. I grab my book bag, my phone and the keys and run outside. I get in the car and drive to school. I walk to my locker and see Allie and Ashley waiting by there. but Allie is talking to a guy. I walk over to them.

"hey Al who's your friend?" I ask and cross my arms.

"oh this is Luke. (yes Luke Hemings. your welcome All_The_Love_Hx ) he's new and we have all the same classes so I'm showing him around" she smiles.
