Alexai's POV

I woke up in my bed. I was so tired and I have no idea what the hell I was doing here. Last I remember I passed out after helping Mitch block Roza. I Yawned once before trying to turn around. But I couldn't move. I looked down and realised a pair of arms wrapped around my waist. I looked behind me and found Preston sleeping behind me. I tried to move again but I heard him groan slightly. He opened his eyes and saw me looking at him before he got up quickly and ran out the door. I don't know what he was thinking. But I'm pretty sure if your going to lay down with someone then you should expect to be seen. Right? I finally swung my legs off the edge of the bed and pushed myself up. I felt myself start to fall over as my legs buckled underneath me. I was fully expecting to hit the floor. Though someone caught me and kept me up.

Lachlan: "You have to be more careful then that."

Alex: "Thanks Lachlan but I'm fine."

Lachlan: "No your not. You slept through yesterday and the Psyche class today. We thought it would be better to let you rest. Mitch didn't last long yesterday either. We ended up having to bring him back as well after half an hour in PEAFA. Jerome carried him back which was funny."

Alex: "So how many classes have I missed?"

Lachlan: "PEAFA yesterday as well as body enhancements. And Psyche today. But after word got round about you taking out Roza. You kind of have a reputation already. And don't worry about the classes. Bryne has informed the teachers to let you rest. You and Mitch made a sentient blocker."

Alex: "Wasn't Roza immune to them though? How come that one worked?"

Lachlan: "They don't know. The only idea they came up with was because it was a Sentient veil. That the energy latched onto the magic that Roza was creating and drained it all from her. As you heard from Sea. If a blocker senses magic it will just block it. This one actually drained it out of her. Something like that. Vikk added it to his list of things to research."

I put my hands out and found the ground. I pushed myself up onto my feet, Though with a lot of effort, Before standing up straight and almost falling back wards.

Alex: "Damn it. Can you help me down stairs please?"

Lachlan: "Sure. Lean on my side here."

I did as he said and leaned on him as his arm snaked across my back and around my shoulder. He helped me out of my room and and slowly down the hall to the stairs.

Alex: "What time is it?"

Lachlan: "About 10. Elementals has been going for a half hour. Mitch, Myself and Rosie stayed behind. Seeing as we have nothing to do with Elementals. I got a message from Rob saying That Mr Creal was fine with it as long as we didn't try to come in half way through if you woke up. In other words. Keep you rested and relaxed."

Alex: "How come Preston slept with me then?"

Lachlan: "That I don't know."

He helped me down stairs and into the main room. Preston was in the kitchen cooking something. While Rosie and Mitch were talking to themselves while reading using the few books we had on each division.

Alex: "What are those two doing?"

Lachlan: "Trying to find some loop holes in the magic. Seeing if they can find a few ways around the limits we get."

Alex: "So the blockers and things?"

Mitch: "Half and half. I'm trying to think if there are ways around a shield. I would want to be prepared just in case."
