Oz Caverly was collecting materials for up-cycling. She was actually moving from person to person, asking them to donate nicely, and if they didn't, she would growl at them and say "please" at the end with a cute smile.
"Okay, being the best friend of Liv and Maddie was really hard for me sometimes. Knowing these two since the second grade is even harder. Being their neighbor who's actually lived most of her life in their house than my own, is hardest. But it's also the coolest. Especially when you get to do stuff like up-cycling and sports with them. Except the sports. And up-cycling. And really anything that involved getting out of bed. But hey, when a friend is in need... she takes her innocent best friend and forces her to do stuff." Oz told the people with a fake sad expression.
As she walked towards Liv, she saw her thanking people for donating things. She had the up-cycle bin above her out-steched arms and had her right hand in her pocket before she dropped the bin beside Liv, causing her to jump in fright.
"Oz does that sometimes. Anyways, "up-cycling" is when you take old clothes, add some bling make 'em sing, and then you donate them to charity. I actually just made a beach bag out of a couple of old skirts. Yeah. I call it the "Totes cute tote."" Liv said with a small laugh as she put the up-cycled material on her shoulder.
All Oz could do was laugh at the poor blonde who almost suffered a heart attack at the loud sound the bin had made.
"Okay, sometimes, it isn't really that hard!" Oz said with a grin.
"Oh, Oz, It's you." Liv said casually as she put her hand above her head before she checked the bin on the floor, letting out a gasp as she pulled out a few ribbons, "Yes! Oz, these are fantastic! That is my best friend!"
Oz shrugged her shoulders in smugness, a smirk on her face as Liv held her hand out and Oz high-fived the girl.
"Yeah, I got them from his lady. After she said no to me to donating, I yelled to everyone that she hates charity and she took these from her and her daughter's hair. Score!" Oz exclaimed with a large grin on her face as Liv just moved her head up and down, expecting the girl to do something like this.
Liv took the ribbons and a box from the ground before she rushed over to the blowtorch wielding girl, yelling out her name repeatedly, "Andie! Andie, Andie, Andie, Andie."
Oz kept a distance between her and them, making sure her face wouldn't get burnt off.
Andie put her her mask, turning to the Rooney sister, "Liv, what did we say about sneaking up on the girl with the blowtorch? My brother did that once. He still only has one eyebrow." Oz smiled made her way towards the two as Liv put the box and ribbons on Andie's table.
"Whoa! Flower pins and ribbons, score!" Andie exclaimed as she high-fived Liv and Oz.
"I really like Andie. I mean, we have a lot in common, sure she has five brothers while I only have one, but I got my dad too, the two of them overpower me all the time. So, I had to become tougher if I wanted something. That happened when I was young," Oz let out a laugh, "Still get the first and last piece of pizza everyday. We also have this desire to make things, and she's just amazing. I really wanna thank Liv for introducing me to her, Andie's amazing." Oz stated.
"Andie and I met in art class, and we are also co-chairs of the up-cycling club. I really, really, really like her, but we are sort of finding that we are cut from a different cloth. I am a soft velvet, where she is more of a Bulletproof kevlar." Liv spoke with a solid smile on her face before she added, "Kinda like Oz!"
