(Lucy's POV)

An ambulance. Sirens, policemen, guns, Luke, Shane. Everything. It was all happening too fast. I couldn't really comprehend what was happening. I let my mind slip and just look around forgetting everything. I feel bare and trapped. Something is holding me down. Why am I being restrained again? Luke.

"No no no," I mumble to myself. I begin to struggle against the constraints, my fear and panic setting in. I can't go through this again, I won't make it. It feels like I'm being pushed forward on a moving bed. "Let me go!" I scream at the people in white coats.

"Lucy, Lucy calm down. You're safe now. Calm down, it's going to be okay," One of them says. It's no use. I'm probably on my way to my death. I let my body go limp and close my eyes, hoping to forever slip into darkness.

I wake up a few hours later to the sound of beeping next to me. It's a slow beeping sound with about a second in between. I look around. The room is a bright white and everything seems to glisten. I mumble something incomprehensible to myself.

After a few minutes, someone in a white coat walks in. That's when I realize I was in a hospital. The beeping, the sirens, the nurses. Everything led up to this. Luke and Shane...

"How are you feeling Ms. McMillan?" The nurse asks me.

"Not well," I reply, struggling to sit up.

The nurse walks over and helps me, then continues to scribble onto her clipboard. I watch her carefully as she checks the needles injected inside of me, pulling a few out along the way.

"What's going on?" I ask the nurse.

"Well, General Hotchner and his team rescued you after you'd been raped. They brought you here and we fixed you up. We had to put you on a few medications to keep you well. You were thinking you were on death row or something," She finishes, smiling sadly.

"Oh." Is all I can get out. "And Luke? Shane? The other girls?" I ask, my words coming out faster than I intended.

"They haven't found the other girls, but Shane and Luke are both in police custody," She informs, frowning deeply.

I nod slowly, not really trusting my voice to say anything. What if Luke tries to come after me again? What if I just end up right back where I was? I'm not sure I'm going to make it through this. I try to push the thoughts away and focus on the doctor that walks in.

"Hello, Lucy, if you don't mind me calling you that," The doctor says, smiling warmly at me.

"No, it's okay Doctor..."

"Marshall," He replies. He walks over and takes out the remaining needles in my arms.

"Well, you're okay to go home by the end of the day after we run a few more tests. I'm going to go ahead and inform you that you will not be able to have children. You understand that right?" He asks softly.

"I thought so..."

"I'm sorry. Maybe adoption? Anyways, there is a visitor here to see y-"

"A visitor?" I cut him off.

"Yes, his name is Jason I think. He said he was your boyfriend?" He questions.

I hadn't really expected any visitors what with my parents and all. I had decided a long time ago to forget everyone for my sake. Maybe even their sake. I figured it was mostly for me though. I reply with a small nod which he continues on for.

"As I said, after we run a few more tests, you can see the visitor, and then you may go home, alright? Your injuries aren't severely extensive. There's some tearing along you bottom, but we'll prescribe some cream to get that healed. You do have to go down to the police station first though, if that's okay that is," He says, adding the last part quickly.
