  {Narrated in third person}

Hirose Koichi, a 15 year old boy, had lived a pretty average life. He, as usual, had his mother to care for him, his dog (in which he named "Police") to feed and pet, and his sister to watch over him. It was normal, until one strange day came...
He had met two out-of-the-ordinary males. One of them was named "Jotaro Kujo", a tall marine biologist with a calm demeanor. He had also met his young uncle who had a rather fabulous hairdo and an orange shirt with zippers displayed underneath his uniform. This man, or boy, had been named "Josuke Higashikata". Josuke was definitely an odd one, as he'd have random mood swings when insulted for his hair.
It wasn't just Koichi who had seen them that day either, since it had also been their first day of school. In fact, this person had been a female photographer in a few of his classes in school. She had beautiful (h/c) locks reaching (the height of her shoulders/to the middle of her back/etc) and pretty (e/c) eyes that went along with her green sailor uniform. A ribbon to support her uniform had sported a yellow mustardy color and a (second f/c) strap that attached to her (f/c) camera hung around her smooth (s/c) neck.
On that day, she decided it would be the perfect time to take pictures on her way to school. Her thin hands held the edges of her camera as she took pictures of the things she thought was pretty— a few dandelions, familiar shaped clouds, and other things of that sort. That was when she found herself looking at a few older males seemingly bullying her peer through her camera.
'Bullied on the first day? That's pretty unfortunate, but it's not rare, I suppose,' she thought and decided to get a little closer. As she went closer, she began to process the situation at hand and she saw an innocent turtle make its way to a delinquent's pair of hands.
                                              Whoooosh
To her surprise, the turtle went flying and the shell made a few disturbing cracking noises. It was absolutely disgusting and the girl couldn't help but to pity the turtle. The poor creature slid until it crashed into a rectangular pole-thing (idk what you call those) and had blood spilling out a small pool on the ground from its torso. She stared in horror, but it had not been the first time she's ever seen an animal get injured before.
Her mind told her to run, but her body couldn't help but to scoot a little closer. She couldn't let her curiosity down yet. Nope. That was when she bumped into a larger form— it was...white?
"Oof!"
Her (e/c) orbs glanced upwards to see what the thing may have been as the heel of her loafer lost balance and pushed her body downwards. To her surprise, she didn't fall. She was... caught? Her eyes saw a face of a handsome older man and felt his arm interrupting her fall behind her back.
"You..."
His voice was deep and cold.
"... You should watch out where you're going next time."
The man gently pushed her back, signaling for her to stand up on her feet again. In which, she did. She thanked the man and he didn't say anything. She only received a nod in response.
"Ah, (Name)-chan!"
A familiar voice rung in her ears as she turned sideways to see her midget classmate. The boy had blonde hair fixed up with a flat top and gentle blue eyes. Well, this had been Koichi. "Yo, Koichi... Do you know what's going on?" She raised her arm and pointed out a finger to the scene.
Boy, did they have a lot of explaining to do.
"It's complicated," simply stated the man wearing a rather strange hat that blended in with his smooth, black hair. He obviously didn't feel the need to inform the girl about the world of "stands".
The girl's eyes glanced back to the scene and she folded her arms patiently. All of a sudden, a massive punch greatly affected the bully's face and blood spilled out of his nose. The impact was so bad that he ended up falling back sideways to his crew. He cried repeatedly, "My nose!", as he held his nose in attempt to stop the bleeding. He had it coming for him.
"I won't let anyone getting away with insulting my hair, no matter who it is!"
The pompadoured boy walked towards the injured guy.
"Did you say my hair looked like Sazae-san?"
"Uh... No one said that."
Soon enough, his face met the ground and pompadour boy's shoe met his blonde hair.
"I heard you, damn it!"
What happened next was beyond the girl and Koichi's thoughts.
The turtle had been healed.
The girl blinked twice, staring at the situation as she didn't believe what had just happened. "Huh?! The turtle's wounds are..." (Koichi is the one who said this)
The injured boy's face began to move in a strange fashion. His nose and mouth moved to where it originally was and the blood had reversed back into his nose. His nose healed strangely, though, and it was obvious that some differences were present. The males in his gang screamed and ran away in horror, abandoning the poor guy. He finally decided to push himself up and run back with them.
"Yare yare daze... So he's..."
The man finally moved his mouth after a longish period of time.
What a strange day in such a strange town.
