Chapter Twenty Five; Scandal
---
Ariana and Livy left so it was just me and Justin. When we kissed, I felt like I was on cloud 9. We've only kissed three times, and that's what I'm planning to keep it at, until I'm officially his girlfriend.
I'm giving him a chance. By that, I mean I'm giving him a chance to take me out on dates, and stuff like that. I'm not just going to let him kiss me., then that's our sign that we're together. I want a fairy tale. A cliché relationship. "Justin, what are you doing?" I called out, walking outside.
"I found a frog." and there's the idiot I know. He just said it like he was 5 years old. "Look."
"No!" I screeched closing the screen door. He started laughing, holding the frog in his hands. "No, Justin I'm serious. Last time I was here a frog jumped in my shirt, I didn't even notice until we got down to the lake."
"It's not going to hurt you." He pulled it open, and held me with one arm. He put the frog in my hands, then held me with both arms. "Told you."
It jumped out my hand, and I smiled to myself, sighing. "You little scaredy-cat! It's a frog, worst it could was piss on you." Justin chuckled, taking us inside. We sat in the living room, and Justin put in a movie.
It turned out to be another romance movie, and when he shut all the lights off, it was pitch black. Well, until the movie came on. Justin joined me on the couch, and cuddled against me. "Why do you keep picking romance movies?"
"So I can do this." He wrapped his arms around me, tangling ours legs, and intertwining our fingers. "I've just wanted to cuddle with you. And protect you."
Half way through the movie, I started dozing off. It's probably like past ten, so I wanted some sleep for the lake tomorrow. Instead of renting someone to drive the boat, I'll drive it. My Dad taught me how to drive a car, and then he taught me how to steer the boat.
There's quads in the garage, but Justin doesn't know that. I want to surprise him with them, since everyone knows he likes quads. There's a key to the garage that I only have, so there's no way Justin would know they're in there. "Bri, are you sleep?"
"I'm about to." I whispered, smiling to myself that he called me Bri. No one ever called me Bri. My mom called me that once, which meant she wanted something, or she did something wrong and wanted to apologize. "Why?"
"I don't want to sleep on the couch. Let's go to the bunks." He advised, sitting up. He grabbed my hand, and we walked outside the cabin. To our left was the other cabin with bunks on two walls. Justin sat on the bottom one, and I sat next to him. He turned off the light, and laid down under the blankets. "Night."
"Night."
