What's your main problem right now? Is it bullies? Or is it your own mind ? Tell me.

Is it your mind that's telling you you're fat? Is it your mind telling yourself you're no good? Is it your mind telling yourself that you're not perfect?

Or is it people? Are there people who tell you that you're worthless? That you're fat? That you're not perfect?

The advice I'm giving you today is to look at the positives. Maybe you got a good mark on a test, maybe you have wonderful artistic talent. No matter what you think, or what's going on, there will always be something good coming out of it.

Right here, comment something good that has happened today. And whenever you want, you can come back to this chapter and write something good down, anytime.

But what if you're worried about your apperance? No matter what you think, you are beautiful or handsome. The way you look at yourself is different from how others look at you.

If you watched the video, it sends a really nice message.

Right here, comment your favorite physical feature of your's. Maybe it your hair, or your eyes.

Right here, describe how you look.

Some thing to help yourself be more happy is to write down something good that has happened whenever you feel like you've had a bad day. Just grab a notebook and write it down. Or if you're up to the challenge, write something good that has happened once every day. Include the date and of course what happened. This will make you more attentive to good things more than bad things. It will teach you to look for good things, next thing you know, you see the good in every situation without even noticing. It doesn't even have to be a big thing, maybe someone held the door for you, or you found a penny on the ground today. It really doesn't matter!

...

I know I haven't been updating chapters like this for so long you guys probably hate me. I'm sorry, I'll try better! I promise! But seriously though, you should they writing down the good things, never the bad things.
I love you guys!
