Chapter 6: A LITTLE BIT OF TOUR

~ Inojin & Chouchou ~

"I want to buy some snacks..." Chouchou whined as she rubs her stomach.

Inojin just sighed, "We don't have money, Chouchou."

"We can try finding a job..." Chouchou suggested

"You mean missions? Nah-uh, not in our current situation."

"Ugh, fine!"

As the two were walking, they came across the Akimichi Compound. It's totally different from the future.

"Hey, aren't you two supposed with your sisters and brothers?" It was Chouji, as usual, munching on potato chips.

"Hi. Yeah, we were. But Mirai-neesan said we can tour until sunset." Inojin explained

"Oh! Yikes! I have a team meeting!"

Chouji scrambled to his feet amd dashed off, "YOU CAN CATCH UP IF YOU WANT!"

Watching her father's past self made her burst into a fit of laughter. Still, she was impressed at how fast he can run.

"Chouchou..."

"Yep! I'm gonna watch!"

"Okay, go ahead, I'll just pass by the Yamanaka Flower Shop."

"Sure, meet you there!"

The two went separate when they reached the said flower shop.

'The team meeting is closing in...'

"Hi, there!" his mother's past self greets him as he enters the flower shop, "What can I do for you, little girl?"

'Little girl? Oh, dear! I'm mistaken for one... AGAIN!'

"U-um... I'm a boy."

"Oh dear! I'm so sorry for calling you a girl! It's just that you're so cute!"

Inojin smiled, "Um... can I help?"

Ino looks at the boy in front of him and asks out of curiousity, "Can you do flower arrangements?"

Inojin just nods and Ino agreed. They both proceed to organizing flowers. Ino was impressed at how a male knows so much about flower arrangements.

Meanwhile, Chouchou and Chouji were having a LITTLE snack time at the Akimichi Restaurant. Yeah, Chouji forgot about the meeting...

~ Mirai and Chan ~

"Whoa! It's so different!" Chan said in amazement as he look from side to the other.

"I wonder how my father lead his team..." Mirai said in thoughts

"I'm sure the way you handle yours, Mirai-sensei!" Chan assured her

"Yeah..." she chuckled lightly, "Mom said the same thing."

She looks around and saw her (deceased) father (alive), with other jounins. Including her own mother, Kurenai Yūhi, and Chan's father's sensei, Gai Maito (Might?).

"Ah! Mirai!" Asuma greets her.

Mirai only have a thought to herself that her parents were a few years older than her in this current timeline.

"Hi!" she greets cheerfully

"Oh! Chan is here, too"

"Osu!" Chan greets in a similar way of actions his father used to do.
