Author’s Note: Hi. Beep boop. Hows it hangin? I’m tired….. and hungry. Enough of my problems, enjoy the chapter:)

Kendra’s POV-

“Kendra?” he repeats again.

“Oh great he remembers my name,” I say to no one in particular.

“David who is this?” one of the mean looking guys in a suit asked.

“She’s my daughter.”

“Kendra, he’s your dad?” Nina asked.

“Kendra what are you doing here?” he asked.

“What are you doing here?” I asked.

“I’m here on business.”

“Uh me too?” I said, wow I sound so stupid.

“Oh really?”

“Look I don’t have time for this I’ll be outside call me when you’re done guys,” I said as I walked out.

What type of business does my dad have with One Direction? Why is he in Colombia? Why? I can’t think right now!

I walked onto the now empty stage and sat down. I brought my knees to me stomach and put my head down. A few seconds later I felt someone sit down beside me. I didn’t even have to look up to know who it was.

“Hi Harry,” I said with my head still down.

“How’d you know it was me?”

“I just know, and you should be at your meeting,” I said looking up this time.

“No I should be here making sure you’re okay.”

“I’m fine.”

“Really?”

“Honestly, I don’t know. I feel happy that I saw him but mad it’s weird.”

“No, I get it.”

“We should go back, the meeting could be important.”

“I’ll just ask what it was about later.”

“What I don’t get is why my dad is working with you guys.”

“Yeah, I don’t either it must be advertising or something.”

“Alright well let’s go.”

“You sure?”

“Positive,” I said while I got up.

Harry got up as well and we made our way back to the room. When we walked in everyone looked at us, I hate when people do that! It’s like when you’re late to a class and when you come in everyone stares at you. It’s uncomfortable.

“Kendra can I talk to you?”

My dad asked snapping me out of my trance. I looked at him and nodded.

“Is the meeting over?” I asked.

“Yes,” he said.

“Oh okay.”

“Excuse me but now I must go have a talk with my daughter,” he said as he stood up. I stood up too and followed him as he walked out. I looked back at Harry and he gave me a sympathetic smile, I smiled back.

“Where exactly are we going?” I asked.

“Is it okay if I take you to a lake nearby? It’s very nice and quiet.”
