The Brave Woman

You could hear her sobs in the dreary shadows
You could feel her voice shaky, in the gentle meadows
You could see her beleaguered by the flood of her tears
You could see her sitting by the rocks and telling her fears
You could fall for her when you seen her smile
Yet, you couldn't look into her eyes and say..
She wasn't brave all this time.
