Mission

Spy rule 8; "always trust your gut. Don't ever second guess it."

Kylie's pov

It feels nice not to have all of those drugs pumping through me. I can't remember anything that happened the last three days. I remember the fight. I also remember going to the boss's office.

Flashback

I am walking, while clutching my head, behind the boss and next to Luke who is holding his, probably broken, nose. We get to the boss's office and he smiles at us and says "Please take a seat."

Luke and I share a look but do as we are told. The boss then says " I have already talked to the both of you individually, but I want to take you y'all together. Anyways Kylie as I said in the note I figured out with you leading your team there would be no problem breaking into the pentagon. Same goes for Luke's team. So I have decide that the two of you are going to be kidnapped and your teams will have to team up to find y'all."

I speak up and ask "What are Luke and I suppose to do while are teams are looking for us?"

The Boss answers "Yalls kidnappers are going to be some of our better older agents and they are going to try and interrogate information out of you."

This time Luke is the one to ask a question and he asks "What information are they trying to get out of us?"

The boss grins and says "Well they will try and get agents names from you, the location of headquarters, and passwords that could give them access to very sensitive information."

I laugh and say " But we don't have any of that information."

The boss give an evil smirk and says "Not yet you don't. Here is a list of names you both have to memorize half. For the code it's is a ten digit number so Kylie you will memorize the first five and Luke you will memorize the last five?. "

Luke reads over his stuff and then says "Wow this looks so real!"

The boss chuckles and says "That's because it is real."

I ask "Why are you giving us this stuff?"

The boss answers " I am killing two birds with one stone. Both of your teams need this final mission to become agents and since the two of you are my top two team leaders you guys will/have high rankings here at the agencies so you have to have this information to help keep it safe."

Flashback over

I walk into my room and pull my suitcase out of my closet. I know that my team will find me but I have this bad feeling that something is going to go wrong once Luke and I get taken. In my suit case and I pull out of my journal out to write knowing that someone will find it. Once I am done I put it back into my suitcase and put my suitcase back into my closet. Over the intercom I hear "Alpha team and Beta team please report to the training fields. I repeat Alpha and Beta teams please report to the training fields."

This is it. My team and I either become agents or we go home and have our lives ruined. I step out of my room and see everyone waiting for me. Austin asks me "What were you doing?"

I answer "Nothing I was looking for something in my suitcase but I guess I didn't bring it."

Alex then says "I can help you look for it when we come back."

I smile at Alex and say "Thank you that would be great."

Austin gives me a weird look so I say "Lets go so we aren't late."
