Basically months pass by, and everything stays the same. The only thing that changes is that now the whole school knows we can't stand each other. But no one understands why.

Neither do we.

I notice that he starts drinking more and staying out later than usual, and every time I try talking to him, he just shuts me out or/and completely humiliates me. So I don't bother with that anymore. But I worry. And so do our parents. Ever since our parents moved in together he distanced himself from his dad, Scott, everybody..

-

I found out that Jackson and Malia broke up a few days ago, so there's that.

Also, Stiles haven't been very sexually active lately, I mean thare haven't been any girls in his room for about three weeks, not that I was counting. I just wish that I could talk with him.. I wanna go back to at least being on good terms with him. I just miss him.

-

"Hey and have you heard the latest news?" Allison asks me

We have gone for a walk, we haven't had some girl time in a while.

"Oh what news?"

"Jackson and Malia broke up and I--"

"Yeah, I heard that" I cut her off

"Then you must've heard why"

"Well that I did not. Why did they break up tho?"

"Rumours are flying around that she has been cheating on him for weeks, and guess with who.."

"Oooh juicy, who??"

"Supposedly Stiles, her ex. He found out a few days ago and callend it quits with her, and I've heard that Stiles and Malia continued where they left off last year."

"Oh." I say while my thoughts run wild, one is for sure, this explains a lot of things. I quickly change the theme of our conversation, I just can' t talk about him. "And is everything well in your paradise?"

"Scott and I have been fighting a lot recently, his dad came back so he's always so angry and snapping at me, but we're gonna pull it through tho. I can't imagine my life without him."

"Lovebirds."

"Hey Lyds can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, of course"

"What's going on with you? You seem a little distant lately."

"Distant?"

"Yeah, you haven't been the same old Lydia, not since tha--" a phone ring cuts her off.

"Hello? Yeah mom. Okay, will be there soon. Love you."

"Lyds it was my mom, I nee to go and help her with something, can we finish our conversation some other time?"

"Yeah, call me when you have time."

We bid our goodbyes and went on different ways. I was supposed to go home, but I decided I would rather take a short walk through the park, to clear my mimd a little bit.

And so that shor walk turned to a long one. And day turned to night. And warm turned to chilly.

I decided it was time for me to head home. After all I was only wearing a sun dress and I didn't want to catch a cold. But it was nice. Nice having nobody around. Being alone. Listening to nature. Birds. Leaves. Wind. I loved it.

There are two ways to get to my house from here, the longer, but more peaceful one, and the other shorter, much more filled with people. So I chose the longer one. I wanted to be alone for just a little while until I get back to my mess of a life. I wanted to escape reality just for a little longer.

The light on this rode is bad, but I don' t mind it. I've never been a kind of girl who gets scared so easily.

And with all of that, I didn't even notice that there was someone behind me. In a dark alley. And from that someone's mouth came a very familiar "hey" and all the blood going through my veins froze.

"Will you wait up for me please?"
