Chapter 10

Jack's POV

I got to Taylor's house. I already heard the loud music. When I walked in, the smells of alcohol and weed is everywhere. Many people dancing and grinding to each other. I look around to find my friends.

"Hey Jack, over here!" Someone shouted.

I look around and saw Johnson waved his hand to me. I walk toward them, we're doing our bro hugs and Taylor gives me a glass of beer. I dont want to drink tonight.

"You dont want to drink?"Taylor asked.
"No, Tay." I replied.
"C'mon, It's gonna be a wild night. Just take one shot." He offers.

Just drink it, Jack. One shot will not get you drunk, i thought to myself.

Finally I drink it and my friends cheered, they even offered me a glass again. Two shots will not be a problem.

Cameron's POV

I regret to moved out from here. I left Caitlin with our status that is not clear. Now Caitlin has a prospective fiancé. When I went back to see her, I want to propose her, but I'm too late.

I will seize Caitlin back, I love her and I know she still loves me, I mean.. come on, I was her first love, she cannot forget me for the sake of the guy that maybe she just knew for a few months. I will seize Caitlin back.

Jack had to go to meet his partner. He kissed Caitlin before he got out, to be honest, I'm jealous. They kissed in front of me, probably not a problem for Jack, it should be a problem for Caitlin, I've just got back from Chino and have to see the person I love kissing with a guy that I dont recognize.

"We go home now?"Caitlin asked, smiling.
"May I take you to some place?" I hesitate.
"What place?"She asked, raising her eyebrows.
"I'll show you."I replied.

I get up from the chair as well as Caitlin. I took her hand. We got into my Range Rover. We chatted on the way and laugh, I miss her laughter.

I'm stupid, I've left her.

Caitlin's POV

We finally arrived. Cameron took me to the park. I remember this park, we use to played around here. There are 2 small swings and one big swing with a roof on it.

In the big swing, Cameron and I kissed for the first time, I remember it really well.

I dont know why he brought me here, but I hope he doesnt bring up the past. Me and Cameron sit on the big swing, we sat face to face. Cameron gives a little wiggle to the swing, makes me smile and he let out a cute giggle.

"Did you remember our first kiss? It's here" he says looking at me. He suddenly looks serious.

Here we go again, he talks about that.

"I did."I said, glance at him then look down.
"Caitlin, you know that I still love you."he said.
"Please, Cameron. Dont talk about this."I retort.
"What do you mean? We never broke up, Caitlin."He said holding my hand that placed on my lap
"You left me. You just told me that you had to move. I think, we're over."I said slightly tighten my voice.

I cant believe he would do this after he left. I already have Jack and I couldnt go back on Cameron, he should understand about this.

"Look, I'm sor--" I cut him off.
"You dont have to be sorry."I said, releasing my hand from his grip.

I feel tears falls down tickling my cheeks, I quickly wiped it away. I looked back at Cameron's eyes that now teary. Why does he crying? He did this to me. It's his fault.

"At least, we can be just friends. We just could be it." I said.
"Caitlin, I want more." He said.

How dare he said that, I really didnt expect it. Now I'm angry, I'm out of the swing and running away from him quickly. But Cameron ran after me and held me by grabbed my wrist. I turned my body to look at him.

"What?"I snapped.
"Caitlin, I'm s--" I cut him.
"Stop saying 'sorry'. I dont need you to be sorry. I cant come back to you, Cameron. Now I'm with someone else. And you have to know that the day after tomorrow is our engagement !!"I snapped.

His eyes widened, he looks hurt but I dont feel bad about that.

He pulled me by my waist and kissed me on the lips. I missed the kiss.

He left for long enough. All this time I missed all of him, his smile, his laughter, his warm embrace, his voice, but this kiss was wrong.

I try to get away from him by push his chest with my hands but he was too strong and hugging me so tight.

I backed my head until our lips apart. His arms still wrapped around my waist. I lift my hand up and slap him across his face, hard.

He immediately lets go and held his cheeks, his jaw drops and he's staring at me. I cried, my tears ran streaming down my cheeks.

"Caitlin, please dont cry. I'm really sor--" I cut him off.

He should stop saying that shit.

"I hate you."I countered.

I ran away from him. I cant believe he did this to me.
