Chapter 21

Caitlin's pov

I cant stand to see Jack gets hurt that bad, I could see bruises on his face and arms. Cameron pushed Jack's head pretty hard, Jack falls to the ground with his limp body. I wanted to run to him, but Cameron stopped me by hug me. He brought me into his car, then he drove away leaving Jack, alone.

I got into Cam's car. Cam started the engine and i looked back. There was a car stopped beside Jack's limp body. 3 guys out and approached jack, I'm afraid but I calmed down after seeing a man with blonde hair, Johnson.

Tears still streaming down my cheeks, I saw Cameron holds his jaw and winced in pain several times. I felt like I had no choice.

We got here, I dont know where but I think it's Cam's apartemen.

"I'm sor.. No.."He sighed."I'm.. uh.."He hesitated.

I took a tissue from my purse and wiped the blood on his lips and then his forehead. His face is a mess, covered with bruises. He whimpered when I remove it, but he kept looking at me, until I felt my damn tears fall, Cameron immediately wiped it, why the hell am i crying. I stopped removing the wound and looked down. I dont know what should I say, what should I do. Maybe..

"Umm... Thanks."

Stupidly I said that. Am i grateful because he had struck Jack that bad?

I guess, I'm not stupid have to thanked him. He struck Jack so Jack could let me go, I need time and I couldnt see him after I saw him cheating with my friend. My vision was blurry because of the tears that cant stop.

She kissed him! You bitch, isnt she go home first to pick up her brother, instead to see Jack.

"May I hug you?"He asked.

I really need a hug at this moment. I didnt answer him but I immediately hugged him. And yet again I cried, Cameron rubbed my back to comfort me. I feel comfortable being in his arms at this moment.

Jack's pov

I woke up on my bed, I have a nightmare last night, Caitlin leaves me with Cameron. Fuck that.

I took a glance beside me, but there's no Caitlin. Shit, everything is true. I screwed up again!! My head hurts and I'm still feeling a little dizzy. But i saw Johnson, Sam and Nate came up to me.

"You're awake."Johnson weakly smiled.

I replied."Yeah.."

"What happened to you?"Johnson asked, with a worried face.

"I.. uhh.." I hesitate, somehow.

"G, you know you can trust us."Sam said.

I tell them all what happened and they understand my condition. A huge headache comes again, i groan.

"Bro, you ok? You need me to call a doctor?"Johnson asked, worrying.

My eyebrows furrowes."A doctor?" I asked back.

"Yeah,"Johnson simply replied.

"Where am I?"I asked again, holding my forehead, there's something wrapped around my head.

"You're at the hospital. Your head spend a lot of blood, we panicked and brought you here,"Johnson replied.

I just realized that I was in the hospital. Damn, I should talk to Caitlin, but I felt weak, like really weak.

"You can go home after the doctor check on your condition later."Sam said.

I just nodded with a sigh. I will meet Caitlin and explain what happened before Cameron take advantage of the current moment to convince Caitlin to go back with him. I know he will do, he is cunning.

He's still wanting Caitlin.
