I stood in the middle of a store while the boys roamed the racks of clothing around me. This was the seventh store and I was already tired, so I would let the boys find me a dress. "Come on." Louis ushered me into yet another change room. Every single dress I was supposed to go out and show the five boys, even if I don't like it. Every time I came out of the small rooms Harry would say I looked beautiful.
I put on a blue, flowing dress, and walked out of the room. "You look gorgeous." Harry said with warm eyes as they roamed my body. I felt my face flush. "Will you shut up already Harry! Of course you're going to say that, we all know that, you're her boyfriend. Now let me speak." Louis said. His eyes studied me as his finger went in a circular motion. I did a little spin.
"No, not you're look, try the next." I rolled my eyes. As I did so, a nice looking, red dress caught my eye. I was pretty sure they had not grabbed that for me. I went over and looked at the sizes. There was only one dress left and only in my size. It must be my lucky day. I grabbed it and waltzed back into the change room. The last thing I saw before closing the door was the confused expression of the boys and Harry smirking at me.
I pulled of the weird feeling blue dress and pulled on the pretty red one. I zipped it up as far as I could get it. I'm going to have to get someone to zip it up the rest of the way. I groaned. "What? Does it look bad? It's because you didn't let me pick it." Louis spoke from the other side of the door. "No it's just-"
I cut off when I looked in the mirror that was on the inside of the changeroom door. I looked so elegant, graceful, and I just felt beautiful. "It's just what? Talk to me! If you don't come out here, I'm coming in." Louis ranted. "It's just the zipper, I can't get it up the whole way." I finished quietly. I couldn't stop staring at the dress.
It complemented my skin tone perfectly. It hugged my curves and displayed my petit frame perfectly. "Perhaps I could be of service." Harry's voice spoke, closer to the door. "Don't worry, they're still by the chairs." He continued. He knew how uncomfortable I was with this. I opened the door slightly and Harry slipped in. I turned around so Harry couldn't see the beauty of the dress and let him pull the zipper up the rest of the way. He stopped and kissed my neck lightly causing me to lean back into him slightly. His throat made a rumbling noise as he quietly 'hmm'ed happily. I turned around.
Harry's eyes widened as they took in the dress. His mouth dropped open. A smile spread across my face. "Have I rendered the Harry Styles speachless?" He nodded slowly. "You're stunning." I giggled awkwardly. "Thank you." I said breathlessly. "Will you two hurry up! I know you two aren't shagging in there! Andy is too good for that." Louis said. I laughed and opened the door, stepping out before Harry.
"Oh." Liam said. "My." Zayn said. "God." Niall said. Their mouths dropped open. "Thats the one!" Louis exclaimed, smiling widely at me. I ran up to him and hugged him. "Thank you." I said before running back into the small change room to change back into my regular clothes.
After a couple of minutes of arguing, Harry bought the dress for me. I wanted to pay, but he wouldn't allow it. "Thank you." I said, kissing Harry's cheek. He smiled widely at me. "No problem. Now I believe Louis will want to get you some heels." Louis came running up to us. "Yes, I would. Lets go!" "ugh!" I exclaimed and then laughed as Louis yanked the bag with the dress out of my hands and threw it at Harry. Louis then grabbed my hand and pulled me to find the perfect pair of shoes.
At we went to shoe store after shoe store, I stopped attempting to tell Louis that I can't walk in heels. "You're a girl, of course you can." He yelled at me. I crossed my arms and gave him a hard look. "Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean anything." "you'll learn." Louis said before passing me another pair of heels to try on. This pair was a nude colour, and were pretty tall. I slipped them on and went to walk by Harry to try them out.
I began with slow, careful steps as Louis examined the shoes. Suddenly, I felt my ankle twist and give out. I closed my eyes and waited for my face to hit the ground. Instead of eating the ground, I felt a pair of warm, strong arms catch me. I looked up at Harry quickly and then burried my face in his arm. "Whew. Thank you Harry." I mumbled into his arm. I felt him shake as he laughed at me.
I lifted my head and looked at Louis. "See! I'm not a girl!" I yelled angrily at him. Louis shrugged his shoulders but laughed. "You're definitely a girl, you're just different, and that is what I love about you." Harry whispered in my ear. Suddenly we both looked at each other wider eyed as we both registered his words. Harry pulled me back up to my feet and steadied me. I kicked off the shoes and lost inches beside Harry. "That's much better." Harry said with a smirk and then kissed my cheek. I smiled and felt my cheeks redden.
I put the shoes away and moved to put my comverses back on. Louis rolls his eyes at my fashion and I just shrug my shoulders, causing him to laugh. I paused when I noticed a pair of heels that were bedazzled with the union jack. I jumped up and searched for my small size 5 shoe. I slipped them on and stood up.
"Ok, why don't you just start picking out the stuff, you seem to be pretty good at that." Louis says with some sass. "You like them?" I asked Harry. He nodded with a huge grin. Harry purchased the shoes after another argument which ended with him smiling at me and me pouting. Harry leaned down after paying and kissed my pouting forehead and nose, causing me to giggle as he continued to kiss every part of my face.
"You're ready for the VMAs!" Louis exclaimed. I smiled excitedly, but I was also quite scared. There are going to be famous people there, and it's going to be on TV AND there is the red carpet or whatever to have to deal with the pap and PEOPLE! I began panicking and Harry took me into his arms. "You'll be fine." I smiled. I hope he was right.
