Chapter 1: War? What? Why?

*Flashforward*

"Aqua, are you awake?!?" I heard a voice that sounded like Annabeth's, yelling, but I had to check, just to be sure.

I looked through the peek hole... it was Annabeth, waiting for me to come out, so we could have breakfast.(I never have breakfast, cuz I'm always reading, so Safire always brings breakfast up to me, usually lunch too, but very rarely does she bring diner up to me, cuz at dinner, I'm always at the table, sitting next to Annabeth, talking about what the next day will bring us. But, I do eat.)

"Im reading!" I yelled back.

"OH, NO WAY, ARE YOU GOING TO READ THROUGH YOUR WHOLE BIRTHDAY!!!!! THAT IS ONE THING I WILL NEVER, EVER ALLOW!!!!!!!" I swear, she yelled loud enough for the whole world to hear her!

Next thing I knew, the door had this weird noise, a noise that I allways hear before she picks the lock, with a bobypin, but last time, she picked the lock with Safire's credit card, lol. And then, the door slammed open, and hit the door so hard, that it left a mark on the wall!

I ran to my bed, and held on, like my life depended on it. In this case, it kind of did! I swear, ever since, Annabeth came here, she's allways torchered me on my birthday!

"Leave me alone!!!" I yelled in Annabeth's ear.

"NO!!! It's your thirteenth birthday, you are going to enjoy it and come with me, before I kill you!" (By the way I was born August 18, 1998.)

Safire passed by my room, and looked away, rolling her eyes. She knows that Annabeth does this every single year! Annabeth pulled her long, straight, brunette hair back, as her long bangs (A bob kind of bangs) where in the way of one of her beautiful gray eyes.

"Please, just leave me alone! Please!" I started crying, then I got a little scared, Annabeth pulled out a pen, that as soon as she clicked it, it turned it a huge gold sword!

"Your coming! Wether you like it or not!!!" She held up the sword and closed the door, as I let go of the bed and put my hands up. She look over, at me, and smiled.

"Come on." She said quietly as she put away the golden sword, and grabbed my hand. She pulled me away, locking my door, with the key that WAS in my pocket, now in her hand, locking the door.

As we walked away and out of the orphanage, I managed to say "W...W...Where are we... Go... ing?" (I had never gone outside of the orphanage before.)

Percy's POV

"Have fun!" My mom waved, I swear, she's always trying to embarrass me!

"Grover?" I said, half asleep.

"Yes, Percy?" Grover said, I had brown, short hair, and by short, I mean heal of short, but curly! He was tall, but he had crutches all of time, and used them for everything, even knock people in the face, cool right!

"Where in heak are we going?!?"

"Well, it is a secret between me and my friend, right now..."

"But, Grover...IT'S 6:00 IN THE MOURNING!!!!"

"Oh stop your whining, Percy. I'm doing you a favor!" I just looked at Grover, like he was a crazy maniac, on drugs!

"Huh..." I was confused

He was quiet for the rest of the time, until when...

Zeus's POV

"Hello, brother, it's been a long time, since we've talked to each other." I said and then he paused and said "The master lightning bolt has been stolen." I looked at my brother, (Poseidon) as he said...

"But, brother, we are NOT allowed to steal each others powers." He made sure to emphasize the word NOT.

"We aren't." I looked at him for a minute, then he got it.

"Are you accusing my son? He doesn't even know about this world!"

"I wasn't JUST blaming your son..."

"Wait, what?"

"Your daughter, Aqua, is equally at fault."

"Aqua? But, she doesn't even know who her real parents are! Because of a stupid rule!"

"Really, Is that how you protect your children?"

"NO!"

"They have until the end of August." I started to walk away, but I stopped, to turn around and say... "If they don't, then it is war!" I took some lightning in my hand the door to a janitors room crumbled into pieces...

The door put itself back together, as I walked through the secret elevator to Olympus.

This story is abit rushed, yes but not so I could finish it, because I'm still in high school... No offence but I'm no J.K Rowling or Rick Riordan, I hope to be that great one day, but for now... I know it's rushed no need to remind me. And spelling, yes I know I'll fix it... -.- also those of you that keep repeatedly asking if I read the book cuz yes, this book is based on the movie, because I saw the movie before reading the book in sixth grade... Therefor after reading the book I honestly liked the movie beter so I based it off that... So if you'd refrain from comments like those mentioned above, that'd be great. :)
