"Oh my god!" Raven exclaimed as she checked her watch. She was going to miss lunch with Abby, her aunt, if she didn't hurry.
"Sorry I'm late Abby," she said, sitting at the table.
"No problem, right I need to go to the toilet. I will be right back." Abby replied.
Raven ordered a milkshake and sandwhich and waited for Abby. A minute later she noticed a file in Abby's bag. She picked it up and started reading.
"What's the A.R.C?" She murmured to herself quietly, "Dinosaurs?" She quickly stashed the file back as Abby came over. She felt awkward and guilty. Abby noticed.
"What's up?" Abby said as Raven bit her lip.
"Err, well I found a file in your bag and, see, I'm a curious girl and I, err, read a bit and, well saw that it was from the A.R.C and it was about dinosaurs. I was wondering if you could tell me about it?"
"You what!?" Abby cried, "you can't just go looking through my stuff!"
"Sorry. But please I need a job and all the other girls in my class are giving me a hard time because I know all the stuff they teach me." Raven pleaded.
Abby nodded and said that she would do her best. So on their walk to the A.R.C, Abby started saying stuff about the dinosaurs and creatures they found so far. Then she said something that caught Raven's attention,
"Hey,you remember Stephen Hart, don't you?" Abby said, "and Nick Cutter and Connor Temple?"
"Yeah, from secondary school, why?" Raven wondered.
"They work with me at the A.R.C now and still are my best pals." Abby replied, " so you ready to face my boss Leicester?".
"Sure! I mean how bad can he be?" Raven said as they entered the A.R.C.
